Worms aren't even difficult as long as you have enough movespeed.
They just become fucky when they have 8 gorillion hp and burst out from under you when you don't know they exist

Show me the 4+ player loot/bosses but solo mod already. mostly for the crazy factor especially if it does spawn more bosses

In case he didn't see it from the other thread. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this.
Armor Piercing and Crit chance everyone wants. Everyone wants syringes except artificer and huntress, huntress wants bandolier and backup mag, same could be said for Merc but he can go both ways.
Defense wise everyone wants tougher times, leeching seed and scythe if you have the crit, fungus is good only on Engi. Bone necklace sucks but merc would make the most out of it.
Active items pretty much Cube and Accumulator are your best bet, Fruit if you're having trouble staying alive with Merc or something, just be good at timing heals because if you're taking enough damage to warrant a fruit you have about half a second to press it before you die in later levels.
