It should come toe the west but it should be properly westernized. Dub it, rename the girl Sally instead of Sakura, have it take place in Taisho era Los Angeles, get rid of the Japanese clothing and replace it with Nikes.

It would be really stupid to write off the franchise in the West just because of 5. 5 was a victim of horrible timing in the West just due to being released on two consoles that didn't really move games in 2010. They've been trying to bring the franchise over to the West for a long time, but kept getting blocked by higher ups so a semi-sequel/soft-reboot seems like the perfect time to try again especially when they seem to be putting in all the effort they can for this new one.

Also Sega seems to be better now that it was before.
