The dev is really talented and I hope he finishes his game but this isn't really about GF's laziness for once. That style is too taxing for the GBC and too simple for the GBA. It sits in the 16-bit no man's land where no Nintendo handheld existed.

I feel like people always go on about each fangame, and I fire one up, and they're always the same, overdesigned garbage.
There was one where you start off with a Larvitar, and it had even more story and segments of 'do nothing' than Sun & Moon, but people fucking loved it for some reason.
