Being so complex her creator had to take a break. She wasn't finished technically so he was only on the beta testing tables, which means if no work happens on her in x time she's pulled to save on filesize.
The actual gimmick was that instead of just stripping like other characters, she'd roll her dice to get a random entirely new outfit. As the game went on her luck would leave her more and more, resulting in skimpier outfits progressively and her overconfident luck god persona breaks down into inelegant panic and desperation, untill finally she rolls herself into bondage and is declared out. And yes, it's actually random what outfits she ends up in after each loss, which I'm not sure how he pulled off in the fairly simple engine this game runs on.

If you can't read moon your choices are limited. One of the modern SEA English releases or fan translations of which Alpha Gaiden is clearly the highest quality game but is also a sequel to a game that will never be translated (shithouse translation group is sitting on a finished script). If you CAN into moon, SRW Alpha 1.

And do ignore all the 'start with OG' posts. The whole point of OG is that it features original characters from other SRW games, you miss the primary selling point of SRW if you're not familiar with at least some of the characters. Add that to the fact that OG1 is a pretty dull game.

Gay Spaghetti Chef has special dialogue for being the only male in a group, as well as being naturally hilarious.
Aside from that, the preset tables are built around characters that have specific inter-character banter. Particularly, the Armed Table is pretty good, if a bit hard to chew through in the way of actually playing Poker.
