Epic has the supergiant games game as EA on their store.

I think user means that early access shouldn't be seen as a good thing

>cloud saves and mods

zoomer detected

Fair point.

Not yet, but it will be. Give it time, Steam wasn't finished in one week either.

Only good thing Steam has over Epic is regional pricing.

3rd worlders should not be allowed on Yea Forums

Again:

>"It's not about this money, it's about the other money."
I don't understand, are Epic giving money beyond the increased cut? I would assume so, but this is the first I've heard of it.

this is the internet. You are 2 clicks away from reading reviews and game forums.
Do you honestly believe it's a good thing Valve and publishers have control over reviews and forums?

Why do people post this like it matters? The store just came out and will be constantly improving. The true thing that matters is what games will be on each store and Epic knows this. In the future if no games are on Steam it doesn't matter how good the store is.

Forums bad
>Epic players flocking to steam forums for troubleshooting

I mean you proved its good though, there's literally a timeline of review changes and you can tell when there's a spike so some thing happened that you can find out.

Read the Phoeniox Point dev ama, they literally said that Epic paid them a few millions to be exclusive on their store. Enough that even if every backer would pull his money out they'd still be in the black ,so for them it must've been around 2-2.5 million. God knows how much Epic pays for the bigger ones like Borderlands or Anno.

Guarantee money>potential money

>has refunds
>has cross platform
literally all that matters

you're the zoomer here

>I don't understand, are Epic giving money beyond the increased cut?
For sure, you do not take your game out of the biggest digital store, sometimes weeks before the release and on an excluvisity status, without an insurance or an upfront payment. I wouldn't be surprised if it's revealed that Epic paid for all the costs of development for some of these games
