I don't know if anyone else played Tomodachi Collection 2009 when it first came out, considering it's Japanese only, but that game was an absolute blast too. I liked the OST a lot better there than in Life so I ended up playing it more.
Pilotwings Resort is a pretty relaxing expansion to the flight mode in Resort. Great game if you can get it cheap.
It's also technically not a Mii-exclusive game, but Mario Golf: World Tour is heavily Mii-based and a lot of fun. Online's pretty relaxing.

Take the LSAT and do well on it. Law schools dont give a damn about undergrad majors or even GPA (i submitted my apps when i was 2.91 overall). If you score moderately high you can get some full-scholarships, even from out of state schools sometimes. I took about 3 months of preparing between work and school, reading Nathan Fox's guide for the logical reasoning section, powerscore LSAT bible and using the LSAT official prep books to practice for logic games and reading comp. When going over questions you got wrong take time to find out why you were wrong.
The test is grueling and unforgiving, about 5 hours total and theres a ton of questions, many of which are designed to trick you. be sure to practice with the test books and emulate a normal testing environment because the first few times I practiced for it I got burned out and couldn't think anymore. That's about it. Test fees + prep material should cost a few hundred bucks.

They added new face and hairstyle features in the 3DS, and new skin tones (still "human" colors, but more shades like a lighter tan or pink pale tone instead of the yellow Asian-like one that's the default) and hair/eye colors in Miitomo (which was then carried over to the Switch) but besides that, it's still rather barren.
I suppose the fun of it in one sense is trying to make the best looking Mii you can using such limited tools. Though it does make me wish they added more, just to make it easier to base things off of non-human characters.
