>64 Smooth gameplay Feels fast Mini-turbos are fun Lightweights can cut through grass Neat shortcuts Balanced items Fun battle mode Introduced the blue shell but CPUs can't use it
>DS Snaking Great tracks Just a very well put-together game Mario Kart in its purest form Best battle stages Can see what items everyone has Blue shells can be dodged with mini-turbos Emblems Download play Shy Guy R.O.B.
>Wii Inside drifting Wheelies Very fast Great tracks Incredible amount of control Bouncy physics with a ton of airtime Technical with a big skill ceiling Crazy shortcuts Giant modding scene Online is still alive
8 Deluxe simply for having 200ccm and having the most courses

>8DX Online still alive Shits all over the previous games' gameplay (have you fucking picked up DD in the past 5 years?) Cool characters like Metal Mario and Larry Best soundtrack Triggers nostalgiafags like OP

>Mo MK8 Dx
Fuck off

Super Circuit plays like SMK and has the most soul. Easy
Jaxon Williams
>big game is good game
It’s wii btw. N64 is fun, but it’s not good competitively. Snaking is great and I wish they’d bring it back from DS but I also wish they brought inside drift too. Wii has its project m and a good community so I think it wins.

Don't forget >most tracks >200cc Only real complaint is koopalings kind of fucked the roster.
Logan Clark
DS of course, the only Mario Kart game with an actual skill ceiling
Nicholas Gray
Mario Kart 9 will be the best of them all with 300cc and Baby Metal Larry
Easton Gray
of course a project M autist would think snaking is "great"

Based and redpilled

Double dash because special items and two racers are really fun to experiment with, also the tracks are really great and fun

Actually, an Fzero autist. Regardless, Mario Kart Wii has CTGP and that’s like project m, in that it added courses and extra modes/features, that’s all I was saying. I don’t even play project m.
Also that was a really cute way of saying you don’t know how to snake. You’ll get there some day buddy.
>not playing as baby metal Lucina It's like you want to lose.
William Evans
I can’t wait for that Fire Emblem DLC pack. I’m just surprised they decided to make half the pack generic enemies from the game in different recolored outfits.
Wyatt Bell
the actual debate is between mario kart ds, mario kart 8, crash team racing, and chocobo racing. mkwii is trash.
Nicholas Martin
>t. kartnigger
Samuel Baker
i actually still use a bike in mk8.
Julian Long
Every console mk is better than the last and every handheld mk is shit besides ds. Mk didn't get great until dd
Brandon Powell
DD is better than Wii and 8 though
Jaxon Morgan
Nigger crash was only better than 64 but gets shit on by dkr
Luke Wilson
Why is this a question? DS was the absolute pinnacle of the series in every conceivable way bar online play(which admittedly is pretty bad). The gameplay needs no introduction as it offers that tight handling you can't find anywhere else in MK. This extends beyond the core gameplay by going a step further. It has actual content in the form of a refined battle mode and mission mode.
Consider the following: MKDS has the best roster in the entire series. Despite having a much smaller roster than its sequels, it has 4 well loved unlockable characters. No Metals, babies, or kooplings.
