Atlus usually takes a few years to release updated versions of their games. PS4 would be dead by then and Atlus is notorious for avoiding making games for new consoles

So 12 people can buy it? GDC confirmed, multiplat games sell better on switch. There is a direct and immediate incentive to porting to it. But when great games like bloodborne, gow and Spiderman are outsold by Smash in 48 hrs, well the ps4 has a serious attach rate issue (except fifa and cod games).
