Sentimental Graffiti
Kanon
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
Witcher 3
based
Final Fantasy and Xenosaga
>good
DDLC is mediocre, and thats being generous
Amnesia: Memories. I laughed uncontrollably in Toma's route.
mub rub
Dream Daddy
You can get it for $10 on the Humble Bundle right now humblebundle.com
do not get baited into buying g-senjou
Eushully has a bunch of good ones. Other than Kami no Rhapsody and Sankai Ou no Yubiwa, apparently.
I'd recommend playing Kamidori first if you're looking for gameplay. It was all the rage on Yea Forums when the english patch was released.
If you want a story, you should play Ikusa Megami Zero without looking up anything about the series, you'll enjoying it a lot more that way, trust me.
There's also Genrin no Kishougun (2, especially) but you'll need a parser if you can't read kanji. That's assuming you're not a dumb zoomer who can't into basic eleven.
This, it's a great VN with a shitty ending that's not worth $10 today.
For me, it's Dies Irae, the worst vn.
2chuuni4you
Saya no Uta is pretty good.
Reminder that since you've been watching cantonese opera for a decade you probably know enough moonspeak to read almost any VN with a parser.

This shit changed my life
>adds furigana
>has integrated dictionanry, just hover over words to get a list of definitions
>can automatically get text from text hookers
>you're actually understanding what you're reading instead of taking a guess with google translate
And voilĂ , you're not an EOP anymore and don't have to beg for translations ever again (although it's nice not taking twice as long to read something).
You see those VNs on VNDB?
You can read them.
One ~Kagayaku Kisetsu e~
...but only if you can handle retro graphics. Also, skip the childhood friend route.
MGQ
Thanks user, this will become useful for my Japanese studies.
>Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
that's... not exactly right, but I guess it's also not entirely wrong, Dawn of Sorrow is a terrible visual novel.
>machine translator
EVER 17
literally the gets good 30 hours in and its praised heavily on Yea Forums. lmao.
I just read Umineko When They Cry and enjoyed it.
dumb phone poster can't into reading comprehension.
it's fine for shit that's not wannabe novels so most of my self indulgent dating gemu
Majikoi
Unteralterbach
>episodic
The absolute state of this outdated western meme
Whatever happened to that Monster girls dating geimu VN?
who knew Kurumizawa was best girl
It's a joke that the cutscenes feel like a soap opera/visual novel. Which isn't surprising since it was done by the guy who popularized visual novels in Japan.
Wish there were more trap VN's out tthere
First VN I read in jap was Genrin no Kishougun 1&2. 2 Is supposed to take around 50 hours to beat and it took me 104 hours to play through. Sure takes longer but I'm definitely getting the hang of it now.
What is the Infinite Jest of visual novels?
Wish there were animu traps that looked like traps
VNs where YOU are the trap?
Have you read Tsuki ni Yorisou Otome no Sahou? Haven't read it myself yet but it's from the same devs as Shuffle!.
VNs where you romance traps?
Thats fucking gay, man.
The House in Fata Morgana (plot, horror, tragedy, romance)
Steins;Gate (plot, sci-fi, comedy)
Majikoi (comedy)
Ace Attorney (brain teasers)
Umineko (plot, brain teasers)
Planescape: Torment (writing)
One of these things is not like the other.
Came here to post this. What a repetitive slog that shit was.
>Everyone giving VNs they don't like instead of real garbage
Here you go user. And remember, this is just the translated trash, there's much worse you can find if you can read jap.

Pyre!!1!11
subarashiki hibi
I'll fight you faggot
idk man do you just hate generic nukige?
>Thats fucking gay, man.
learn moon
Kindred Spirits on the Roof
It's also not worth supporting the shit official release.
Yuna x Hina are best couple
muramasa
Subahibi, dies irae, fate shit (tsukihime is alright tho) don't (you) me. This is just objective.
Can muramasa be with machine translator? Else I can somewhat manage with kana and sub 500 kanji. will it be enough ?
lol no
I been doing what talks about to go through 40 or so. Still needs to be more out there.
Clannad
Generic nukiges can still be good, but most of them are low-hanging fruit that I could've made an entire shitlist of. That's why I only made half of the list nukige, the real garbage comes from stuff that actually tries, but fails in every aspect.
Hanabira
Fpbp
What's wrong with Zaishu looks appealing enough to my sensibilities.
If you area a literal furfag and into bara then Nekojishi is the answer
