The steam version is a beta that’s missing a lot of content but it’s at least in English
The Japanese version is the full game but you’d have to figure the game out in Japanese. We are hoping for English language options to come to DMM but I doubt we will get them

It's luck. Some events have better rates supposedly. I'm debating on giving up rolling for this event and start saving stones for the next. I have no SSR's, A rank and I've almost maxed out my best SR's.

Download the DMM version and cross-reference the Steam version so you know what the fuck you're doing

I don't think they've done higher rates in a looong time. The increased rates are only for those specific SSRs in the case that you do get one. Sometimes events have free rolls though.
