What went wrong?

The retarded fanbase that latched onto the game cares more about the "2deep4u" message than the actual few quality of the game such as the music

absolute garbage followed by 10 minutes of decent game at the end

That's a weird way to say "What went right?"

Should've possessed literally anyone else besides the little faggot goat.
Like, a Tsunderplane.
a Tsunderplane would be much more willing to eliminate humanity.

Literally all it needed was more consistent graphics and it'd be a 10/10
There was really no excuse for the shopkeepers to be brilliant pixel art but for the MC sprite to look like it was drawn in 15 seconds in mspaint by a 6 year old

Friendly reminder that it's a 100% single player game so arguments about the fanbase are invalid

>with the game itself
nothing
>with the fanbase
the homestuck fanbase followed toby into his solo career

>This game shows a Gamers soul
I bet he gets upset some peoples first playthrough was a genocide run

Fuck those guys

>Game tries to guilt trip me about killing soulless monsters
>they keep trying to murder you
I ain't falling for that shit

>little to no character development
>tries too hard to subvert RPG's, like the how shops function
>"fun" value gives the illusion of replayability
>dialogue is either hit's the bull's eye or misses the target completely
>hideous overworld graphics
>you're supposed to befriend monsters who are attacking you
I'll admit that I gave up after the Undyne fight, but that fight told me how hard the game was trying to be "quirky". Don't call me biased, because
I love Delta Rune.

Nothing, it was a perfectly fine game that's overhyped by fans and overhated by retards.

Late for the party here.
Just finished both pacifist and genocide run. what's next ?

furries and autists

Nothing unfortunately

I agree that the fans are annoying, but you can seperate them from the game itself.

The ruins are kinda ugly and the first couple of bosses aren't animated.
Genocide is tedious. Even if that's by design it's not fun aside from the two bosses.
The fact that you basically can't lose during Asriel and some of Flowey's fights take away a lot of the tension.

>The ruins are kinda ugly
I agree. You know what else I found kind of ugly?

It is good but not the god-send a few people think it is.
The first Hotline Miami did the meta-narrative on how people play games way better and without shoving it into your face, or I guess Undertale more dunks your whole head into the barrel of meta water. Though the way Undertale keeps track of what you do is neat. Still, some of the humor and moments fall flat. But I guess I'm just not a fan of the whole underground jrpg monsters aesthetic thing.

Same here, Deltrarune was more enjoyable than Undertale and that was just a demo.

The fandom

How do you beat Jevil? I suck.

Dodge his attacks and do damage to him

The fastest/easiest way to beat jevil is to keep making him tired and only heal when a party member is downed

Pirouette's effect is dependant on which turn it is. You can look up the order of the effects to milk it for all it's worth.
