Hokkaido is the best map
Cooper Sanchez
Hokkaido>sapienza>Miami>...>a turd>Paris
Austin Lee
Hokkaido is boring, at least the main story mission is.
Lucas Hernandez
Alright OP, you can begin anytime now.
Carter Brown
which assassination method in the whole series was the ultimate Hitman kino?
Lincoln Gonzalez
You DID get it, right Yea Forums?
Nathan Bell
That one where the guy gets hit by a random car in the desert.
Jacob Walker
No. I forgot to do some previous elusive targets.
Matthew Long
probably dressing up as the executioner at Tosca and shooting D'Alvade with a real gun and then using the mine to drop a chandelier on Delahunt
Ryan Hughes
Waiting for Hantu Port sandbox
Destroying the heart before the transplant
Nathaniel Gomez
>Waiting for Hantu Port sandbox
did they said that it'll become a Sandbox map in the future, if not then you'll wait a long time
Jack Turner
>Paris as the worst
>Not the actual shit level, Colorado
Brody Edwards

>set the statue to crush Rico Delgado when he pulls the rope
>leave drums to hide behind bush
>that awkward moment when Rico finishes his speech yet waits drumrolls before pulling the rope

Elijah Robinson
E.Y.Ǝ: Divine Cybermancy
Lincoln Harris
Fuck off, Paris is great, Colorado is okay.
The only shit map in both games is Marrakesh.
Adam Wood
both maps looks very fleshed out to be sandbox, 2bh
also the price of the season pass comes to mind (it is expensive as fuck) so I hope they deliver decent content
Angel White
I like Colorado, desu
ofc, i find it a little bit extreme, because it is plagued with hostile NPCs, but I find the mask thing at the end pretty cool
Brandon Diaz
Sapienza is the best map by far. The variety is superb, and the stories are good, too🍪
Wyatt Scott
I'm on holiday, first thing I'm gonna do when I get back is boot up man hitter and silence that hacker so I get this.
Lucas Ramirez
is hitman 2 just more of the first one? i'm finishing the challenges and stuff on 1, and wondering if i should buy 2 right now or wait for a sale or something
Andrew Cox
I play "the finish line" and pretend im a mass shooter. Also the one with the suburban american neighborhood. I just walk into the party with my shotgun and dressed like a police officer.
Jordan Gomez
i would've prefered if the map was a farmers market on a time limit where the milita would rush in and try to attack the compound when you don't kill one of the targets quickly enough
it is more of H1, but if you want to pay the whole price for it is up to you
Jonathan Mitchell
one thing i miss from blood money is the newspaper telling details about your mission and the various names you could get depending on how maniac you were throughout the level
Eli Foster
...
Hudson Hernandez
>Killing everyone on Another Life with a shotgun
>Not stealthily shanking everyone with a hobby knife like some budget serial killer
Sebastian Gonzalez
My favorite approach with this game is to fuck up and kill disguise escape as needed
wreckless without going full blown Columbine, basically
they should value that in the ranking
I understand that you get a 5 star ranking if you finish the level in the cleanest way possible, but they should also value how you can adapt in difficult situations, and improv
Kevin Carter
i see. well, i guess i'll wait for a sale, i'm yet to get bored from H1
oh yeah, i play hitman since codename 47, and i'm really liking this new approach after absolution. i turn off all hints and can sink hours on a single level just planning stuff
Michael Baker
>i turn off all hints and can sink hours on a single level just planning stuff
exactly
the amount of detail and care they have put in the levels clearly shows in 2
vast maps, full of connections
my only gripe is it seems kind of broken, ie: one target disappeared from the level, and was showing at the top of the map
i have found people clipping through walls, and the AI is obviously cheating sometimes, ie: kill someone, and went climb a pipe... the people searching for me piled on behind the wall I was, basically seeing me through the room
still worth every penny, but clearly not for everyone
Asher Nguyen
>Game expects you to snipe Sierra's car from a high vantage point
>Snipe her car at point blank range from the exhibition center's gates instead
SOMEBODY STOP ME
Luke Peterson
>Not shooting her car with El Matador while shimmying across one of the exterior ledges of the Kronstadt centre
Landon Ward
yay a hitman thread
post ansels and a rare snow pepe will come to you in your sleep
Kayden Scott
the only thing i'm not very fond of it is the whole xp system that pretty much forces you to SA every mission if you want mastery to go up faster in order to give you new starting points or different gear to experiment with. but aside that, even on H1 i can see that every level have a very high amount of detail and care. when you first begin your mission, you can feel really lost, but as soon as you start paying attention to the environment, you understand that everything is there for a purpose. and yeah, there are some bugs, but i've yet to find something gamebreaking

No way those duckies are from silent assassin. Far too high res. Are those supposed to be at Jacuzzi Job?
Benjamin Bailey
Cameron Wright
hokkaido, 47s suite comes with a rubber duck because of course it does
its also the only suite with scissors :^)
Anthony Bennett
Wait what? The name game is called Silent Assassin as well???
Jaxon Rogers
Hitman is cool because it's one of the only franchises nowadays where you can get something like a traditional point-and-click experience and feel like you're a genius.
My other favorite adventure games from the 21st century are Ghost Trick, Zack and Wiki, and Thimbleweed Park.
Liam Martin
>IOI job opportunities

Kayden Parker
Ryan Wilson
Good game, but good lord, the story is so fucking bad.
Terrible antagonists, horrible slideshow cutscenes, "this time it's personal" story AGAIN, 47 apparently having amnesia (but still remembers his training somehow).
Jace James
I forgot like three elusive targets in a row, so no.
Only just unlocked the Absolution suit, which is trash.
Lincoln Fisher

Parker Parker
>You probably get paid to shill hitman on here
if only; im just some shmuck who likes ansel and loves hitman
Landon Green
I'm still mad they changed the Hokkaido level so you no longer get the surgeon disguise from the bandaged dude opportunity, and just a useless regular doctor disguise instead. Worst thing about is that it makes getting a surgeon disguise legit more or less impossible unless you wanna seriously cheese it by abusing the line of sight investigation.
Ryder Adams

muscular memory and visual memory are different things. it is completely possible to lose one and still have the other, most common being not rememering past events or people, but yet able to perform tasks that rely mostly on synapses that are already developed in your brain, such as muscle memory.
also, who plays hitman for the story anyway? i just want to murder shit in the most ridiculous way possible
Jeremiah Sanchez
This one, the sequels also are ALMOST equally good.
I need another game like Dishonored, i've already played all the games from Arkane...Any recommandation?
Chase Flores
You're right, the story doesn't really matter. I just have autism regarding soft retcons.
Luis Robinson
Deus Ex I guess, if you haven't already.
Sebastian Richardson
As in gameplay or setting? I'd say you should try Thief
Robert Wood
i wasn't trying to argue against your point, you are right. hitman was never exactly heavily based on lore, and they retcon a lot of stuff indeed
James Nelson
My Dishonored buddy, Dishonored is one of those rare games I find myself returning to.
The DLC was also really solid along with interesting levels.
Cameron Adams
white hitman miss?
i guess they never miss huh?
Luke Lopez
In gameplay, but the game also need a good setting.
Already played all the thief games, they are pretty good and aged well.
The Daud DLC could have been a standalone game of it's own honestly, Daud was a good character. the standalone with Billie after Dishonored 2 also was pretty good, even if Billie was still inferior to Daud (but still, not that bad of a character, especially for one very, huh..."diverse". ), with her power less useful in combat.
Wyatt Cook
Hantu Port is decent and all, but I'm looking forward to the leaked Bank level that's coming.
Hitman's writing really shines in the smaller stories within the levels about NPCs. Silvio's story would make a great short film.
Xavier Garcia
Blake Turner
Have you tried the Styx games?
Xavier Price
when is the dlc/expansion pass/season pass content coming out
Anthony Adams
Is it possible to play the DDR game? I couldn't figure out what it did.
Sebastian Morales
One of them is out, it's a sniper level in an industrial port
Sebastian Bell
its just an easter egg challenge
gotta kill one dude with the game its self and then repair it before you can use it
Josiah Ross
>leaked Bank level

Brayden Brooks
To use it, you need to sabotage the mat with a screwdriver, and let it electrocute the guy using it. Then you have to fix it with the screwdriver again.
Xavier Campbell
Not him
10/10
Both are fantastic, on it's own right
The styx franchise is worthy of being 200iq games
Tyler Perez
also gotta up the difficulty to that he sweats onto the mat
Joseph Cruz
>Hitman's writing really shines in the smaller stories within the levels about NPCs
This. Going in both H1 and H2 with no assistance/guidance and slowly discovering the story behind each target is satisfying as fuck. The bigger picture is usually a big bad villain who is trying to push his agenda by using the Agency as a means to do so.
Daniel Peterson
It was leaked on the Hitman reddit and Hitman forum. Apparently, the next DLC level is going to be a bank in Shanghai.
Nolan Bennett
time traveling back to a birds of prey heist?
Luke Baker
Thanks for the info, lad
I hope they don't use the last two Sniper lela foto season 3, 2bh
Justin Green
Beat my Hantu Port score if you can nerds :^)
Jeremiah Jones
i still havent even bought hitman2 actually
just re-played 2016 on the new engine
Camden Parker
>tfw Yuki takes a phone call in the restaurant which reveals that the Providence agent killed by Grey in The Key cutscene was actually her boyfriend
>tfw doing the Eldery Assistance challenge in Whittleton makes Janus reveal that he ordered Helen West to kill the guy who owned the house for sale
I wonder how big the script for the game actually is. There must be hundreds of hours worth of dialogue that 90% of people will never hear.
Aiden Jenkins
theres an abundance of detail in hitman that nobody but the people who put them there will ever even know about
Gavin Hall
I haven't 100 percent finished those season 1 areas, I only did SA/SO runs on master.I probably have 50+ hours of content ahead of me.
Chase Howard
as a bonus the season 1 levels dont have the budget cut/rushed for release slideshow cutscenes
Lincoln Murphy
I really like the intricacies and links from older targets into the newer ones. Still waiting on a mission with the not-Kim Jongs that the Knoxes sold weapons to
Sebastian Stewart
The targets in Hantu work for the Not Jong-Uns.
It seems like they're calling North Korea by a fictional name.
Dominic Bell
I'm guessing that's because they don't have access to SE's render farm anymore. On the upside it feels like the budget they would have spent on them went into making the briefing animations kino as fuck instead.
Owen Anderson

RANK THEM
Kevin Powell
New Zealand is wasted potential for home invasion kino.
Aiden Anderson
Hitman 2 was better than Hitman 1 for some reason, just more fun.
I pretended to be a shooter in the comfy suburban level, just shooting coppers and that evil, racist, sexist republicn and also everyone else, alot of fun.
Asher Johnson
RANK season 1 too
Dylan Nelson
Yesterday I platinum'd this and I must admit that I had a lot more fun playing it throughout than I thought I was gonna have, definitely more than I remember when I first bought it for ps3.
The game has a lot of flaws of course, but it's so fucking satisfying, especially playing with high difficulty and trying to beat the level with suit only.
I think there are a few things that nu-Hitman should've borrowed from it:
>shooting mechanics and ragdoll physics
hitting headshots and seeing a perfect blood stain behind them was satisfying af (imagine killing Jordan Cross in that challenge but instead of him doing that silly jump you see him drop on the floor and a realistic blood spurt on the wall)
>sniping and bullet drop
again, imagine sniping the targets with nu-Hitman's massive maps but not launching them 10 feet in the air like an inflatable doll
>dual pistols and removing/adding silencers
useless but still pretty cool
James Wright
Whittleton Creek > Miami > Mumbai > Isle of Scathach > Colombia > New Zealand
Sapienza > Hokkaido > Paris > Bangkok > Marrakesh >>>> Colorado
Jackson Myers
Yeah, hard difficulty silent assassin suit only getting through levels was fun as fuck in Absolution. Also I think nu-hitman borrowed a lot from it animation and asset wise.
Bentley Russell
>New Zealand

I shouldn't have said that. That was insensitive.

Killing the Opera singer by switching the guns and then dropping the lights on top of the Senator as he mourns his death.
Camden Price
So I bought the hitman pack when it was on sale a couple of days ago (codename 47, 2, blood money, contracts, absolution), in what order should I play them?
Owen Long
By release.
Joshua Sanders
Release order is fine, but if you think Codename 47 controls are too janky you can start with 2.Contracts is like a remaster of Codename 47 but the story progression is different.
William Thompson
enforce THIS
Lincoln Wilson
Nice.
Colton Price
Can you kidnap Constant suit only in the last level?
Camden Jenkins
>not shooting the car from the audience that doesn't care about you
Michael Torres
>tfw bought Hitman 2 a few months ago, and still havent played the masked party mission
I'm saving that mission like a fine champagne, also I want to get some bud to smoke before doing it.
Kayden Sullivan
so im dicking around in newzealand and im wondering if theres any use for the cannabis joint?
they even make it a point in their dialogue
Nathaniel Taylor
Yeah, approach him in his tower(but clear it out beforehand) and then wait for him at the boat
Brandon Bailey
I don’t know why they don’t just do in-engine cutscenes. The cutscene for Hantu Port looked fine.
Cameron Peterson
Damn, I'm going to try it and make a video of it.
Ayden Wright
Maybe they didn't want to go and make the locations and supporting characters in-engine and waste even more resources into it
Nathaniel Phillips
Mr.Freeze mentioned he tried to but his game crashed during his attempt so watch out
Grayson Scott
>play ghost mode with a friend who has a code of honor
>it's great
Network needs some fixes tho
Thomas Ramirez
The core game aspects of stealth itself was OK , the problem was the story focus and some small design choices that eventually became massive issues. The way disguises work basically make using them a problem unless it’s that one key disguse nobody can detect
Lucas Howard
Did you like Eyes Wide Shut or similar “the world elites in one place” feel of some spy movies? It’s not the best mission as a whole but I still throughly enjoyed the concept. It’s like Paris but for illuminati or something.
Hudson Sullivan
new publisher WB rushed them for a christmas release
Christian Reed
Seanposting was absolutely hilarious and a pity that the games are still niche as fuck despute being relatively well known for standards of stealth and the last game being extremely satisfying as a long fan.
Jordan Price
they need another way to unlock these suits having to wait for 3-9 months to get all the different ones is dumb
the way your able to unlock the all black suit is fair they need to do something like that for the other suits
Matthew Bailey
Only the overarching story is shit.
The self-contained stories in the mission is where it's at.
They should just dump the overarching meme, but I think publisher CEO's force it down their throats. They just switched out all the story cutscenes with still images. Shows how much they care about it.
Adam Myers
If anything I am glad they didnt bother with those. Yeah S1 looked great but they didnt need that much flavor and I’d rather have the budget go to the actual game.
Isaiah Cook
there was also a massive lack of funding during production while IOI were between publishers
we're pretty lucky season 2 came out as good as it did
Matthew Brooks
>Killing the Opera singer by switching the guns and then dropping the lights on top of the Senator as he mourns his death.
This 100% and then casually leaving the opera through the front entrance as if nothing happened.
Most funny is killing a literal basement dwelling, neckbeard nerd by maneuvering through his pile of greasy potato chips...
Liam Russell
Pretty easy considering they reused a lot of assets, there's a Gama rack in Colombia's basement
Charles James
>They should just dump the overarching meme, but I think publisher CEO's force it down their throats. They just switched out all the story cutscenes with still images. Shows how much they care about it.
That's because they don't have square enix resources anymore
Anthony Myers
exactly if they didnt have season 1 to fall back on we would have gotten a much smaller buggier game
Brandon Roberts
Man mafuggin maan mafuggin de shit nigga cuzz.... The theater level was by far the worse mission in the whole game.
James Perez

Lads, let me know when they get rid of that online only cancer they were stupid enough to put onto 2, then i might consider paying the €22 (New) for this continuing failure of a game

Hunter Phillips
if only lad
Juan Murphy
Its way too tempting to randomly shank or punch out civilians in the open
Oliver Sanders
What's the best way to play these games? Turn off scenarios and instinct vision?
Henry Allen
The larger conspiracy plot line is a good way to foreshadow future missions and establish links between the settings and characters.
The general world building is surprisingly excellent. They even went out of their way to come up with their ownin universe soft drink and clothing brands similar to how Rockstar does it with the GTA games.
William Robinson
I absolutely hate that 2 pin/sticker they slap on almost everything.
Oliver Rogers
theres a brazilion ways to play
turning everything off and learning to play with no assists is pretty rewarding but some things like the minimap are worth having as it tells you when you're trespassing which helps to avoid bothersome encounters
what if i told you ..its a crosshair with clockhands on it?
Adam Bell
I just wish the plot of the series wasn't so retarded that it needed TWO reboots in recent years
Noah Ross
yeah, especially when you're carrying that body to the dumpster and suddenly
>crime noticed
>suspicious
>searching
i hate civilians so fucking much
Noah Allen
Turn off everything except for detection circles for me
Noah Lee
I played most of 1 and 2 if I didn't finish them back in the day (honestly don't remember). I played a bunch of Blood Money.
This game just didn't click with me at all. Did the tutorial and Paris a couple of times and just didn't get it. It didn't click. Don't see the point in playing the rest of it.
Brayden Campbell
i turned the detection circle off immediately as its rather ugly
just keeping in mind that if someone walks ontop of you they might notice you works fine for me
Carter Edwards
WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING, RELEASE THAT MAN
HELP, HELP
Joseph White
its a sandbox for violent fantasies with much of the puzzle solving elements being trying to figure out the AI and how to manipulate them
whether or not thats what you want in a game i cant say but i love it to bits
Logan Clark
Instinct vision is supposed to be how 47 views the world, with ultra sharp vision/sound awareness. What happens instead is that it's more of a x-ray superpower than anything. Leave it on if you want, but I found myself rarely using it and relying more on the minimap. Mission guidance you should set to minimal or off, otherwise you're just playing "go from point A to point B" and it kills the experience completely.
Leo King
It's not a reboot though. It's a sequel to Blood Money.
The only think changed is that Absolution got heavily retconned.
Hunter Smith
What is minimal mission guidance like?
Isaac Allen
>Should i be concerned?
>I'm not.
Mason Lewis
Sequel? Not a prequel?
Josiah Cruz
>they wrote out an actual recipe for the drink
10/10
Gavin Martin
Beanposting will forever live on in my heart.
Samuel Adams
Classic All-Black suit is my favorite for being made of leather.
Benjamin Gray
the story mission reveals will be done by walking around the area and listening to conversations. diana will give you some basic idea of what you're supposed to do, but there are no markers of where you should go, you'll need to explore and search
Liam Kelly
the poisons also have names based on what they do
Evan Cook
Yes. The prologue mission is a prequel, but the rest of the game takes place after BM. As for Absolution, only the assassinations are canon.
Chase Wilson
would you employ a guard that has motion sickness?
Jaxson Rivera
Faba would make a good long term rival character for 47. I wish IO took advantage of him more.
Nathan Diaz
Implying it was not a gov simulation like the moon landing

Nolan Evans
NON-TARGET KILLED
Lucas Sullivan
n-nani?
Henry Murphy
Hokkaido is from 2016
Ryan Howard
i know
what i didnt kmow is that smith was in port snipertown
Joseph Perez
Pretty much. There are only two references to Absolution in the game:
The intro cutscene showing an assassination from Absolution, and Dexter's brother being a recurring NPC in a few missions.
Jacob Sanders
Dude just hit them with a wrench and stuff their bodies in the little encave that the shelves form. You don't even need to distract them since they turn facing away from each other in their routine.
Lure the bodyguard out of the hax room with a coin and put him in the same place.
No-one comes there unless you trigger some alarm shit.
Then it's just a matter of knocking out whitecap and shooting the target.
Tyler Perry
Anyone else was putting a mine into that lady's suitcase and later blew the whole entrance to pieces at the White House level?
Based Mujahid 47.
Adrian Morales

Did you realize that anything below Silent Assassin rank is considered a failed mission?
Justin Sullivan
>all that arsenal that you unlock by getting xp
>you'll never use anything more than your pistol or a sniper rifle in rare occasions
it really pisses me off.
>makes the game so fucking easy lmao and im playing on professional
no you're not.
Austin Hall
Its funny how anything a ragdoll touches on the way down will explode, though.
I watched MrFreeze's video for the current ET and a dude breaking a lamp with his head made him crack up
Elijah Bell
Not yet. I keep forgetting to check whenever a new ET comes out.
Jace Bailey
i actually did not, looks like ill do another play through
Jason Collins
it was april fools joke
Henry Adams
I missed the ET in Sigil, but SA'd every ET so far.
Mason Price
The unlocks are toys you use for messing around.
Even so, everything is infinitely shittier than silverballer. Their accuracy and ammo supply just can't match near infinite ammo of a pistol with laser accuracy that kills anything in two hits or one hit for headshots.
Gavin Hughes
>no you're not.
shut the fuck up shitter
Ayden Russell
Steam and Nvidia saves screenshots with the "silent assassin" subtitle for HITMAN™2 for some reason.
Josiah Nelson
The Striker is God-tier, as is the semi-auto assault rifle you unlock in Colorado.
Aiden Sanders
47 pours the whole bottle into the glass.
How do the victims not see the bright red, blue and green color of that much poison?
Jace Garcia
i just wish they were a bit more useful in maybe getting some of the challenges, because as you said, silverballer just puts everything to shame.
Charles Jones
there's a far off container that you can shoot open on the right edge of the harbor

It's probably designed to blend with the drink quickly.
Wyatt Gonzalez
I miss the Sean Bean shitposting
Jayden Young
>Beanposting

Why
Andrew Morgan
well a bare knuckle boxer is rum+orange so it blends right in
appletinis are green enough for the vomitrol
i dont know of any blue drinks by name but you wouldnt want to use sedative potion anyway
its the massive black cyanide capsules that stand out to me, they could be fast acting effervescents but im no chemist and even then i wouldnt trust a fizzy instant death to not get vapors on me
Landon Lewis
Why are kill everyone runs so damn fun? Literally it seems no other game can accomplish this as well as Hitman has.
Mason Harris
Is there any pistol more pointless than this? I never see anyone use it. It seems as weak as the consumer-grade Bartolis and Hackl's the guards use, unlike the ICA19.
Adrian James
that B&E mission in new Zealand was too good
Hudson Davis
Busey only had one promotional video and a few quirky lines in the mission itself. Busey was also playing himself rather than a character.
Ian Jones
Zachary Baker
season 1 got a bad wrap from a combination of bad absolution aftertaste and bad episodic full price always online launch
people eventually saw past the mess and saw that nu human is on par with blood money
Ian Sullivan
Because it's about as close to a real-life simulator as vidya can provide (when it comes to specialised, high-quality, small environments - GTA5 does a larger scale better but at the cost of less detail).
If you play on Master, all it takes is a few gunshots to kill you from full health. You can brush aside regenning from 1-2 hits as saying the bullets barely missed you.
Jose Garcia
give it a little stir son
Evan Phillips
Literal murder cooridors
James Fisher
How did they shove their head so far up their ass with Absolution, and then actually pull it out by the next game?
Joshua Howard
i like that its shorter than the silenced pistols while not being the 5 shot 5mm compact
Ian White

unless it was changed in 2, this was exactly how it worked in 1, specifically the the middle east level
David Sanchez
It's said that every great general should suffer at least one major defeat.
Suffice it to say that they realized how much they fucked up, although they're still being quite scummy in a lot of other ways.
Sebastian Scott
I use it when I want to RP as John Wick. Plus it looks cool.
The ice pick is also pretty useless, but I use that for I want to RP as a mob hitman. Personally,
I just want them to introduce more fun gimmick weapons like miniguns.
Logan Perez
they use the same engine as absolution which is why they were so against letting people mod the worst game
they just needed to fix the overall tone of the game
Liam Lopez
Only the literal NPCs did that. On maps like Marrakesh and Miami and others, a lot of the people are simply fake almost cardboard cutouts which will die in one hit even if nonlethal and they won't do much. Every other NPC actually reacts and runs or cowers and begs.
Nolan Hill
on a scale out 1000000?
Brody Parker
Yeah, that does kind of suck. You unload onto a huge crowd of people and the NPC's start to back away and run to the same pre-designated areas of the map. But then again, it's not like anyone is seriously going to play like that, they only even implemented that much for completeness.
Liam Jenkins
during later weeks I did Columbia runs with killing every guards with the suppressed baller while maintaining stealth in plain tourist clothes to simulate that feeling of a tourist in a tropical shithole with a hidden agenda
and when it was done id drink a beer in the bar and simply walk away
good times
Logan Gutierrez
Aaron Cox
Asher Perez
They didn't actually want to release Absolution in the state it was in. SE forced them to appeal to the CoD audience.
SE also forced the always online component, but I'm assuming that they're continuing to use it because they realise that there are some benefits to it. I'm just hoping that they allow things to be unlocked offline once the servers finally shut down.

Isaiah Richardson
It's fun, but it's really just puzzles.
Nathan Anderson
I solved Return of the Obra Dinn 100% without looking anything up online
I felt very smart in some situations, like spotting a ring on a character's fingers to immediately determine the identity of three people.
Thomas Brooks
Sometimes I'm afraid of the people who post on this board.
Lincoln Sullivan
No.
Jaxon Barnes
I could not help the urge to kill the hippie circle and the chamán dude
It was a blast
how do you catch the frog, bros?
Matthew Hughes
>Those escalations where you need to kill your target with an explosive
>Calculate the possible trajectory the body is going to fly in
>It flies directly inside the ceiling with only feet dangling
>Can't grab the body and hide it before guards arrive
>Have to restart those 10 minutes of my life
Jose Green
I love this game too much.
Andrew Brooks
command i've arrived and everything looks clear over.
back to smokin' and jokin'
Leo Bailey
The thing that I'm enjoying the most is the escalation levels
That shit is great, and it really teaches you how to approach the game
Jace James
Does anyone else do pure ghost runs sometimes? Not just no KO, but SASO, no shell casings left behind, accidents only and with as little in the environment disturbed as possible?
I like the idea of making each kill seem like a believable accident with as little evidence to the contrary being left behind as possible.
Joseph Cruz

Did you troll me?I cleared the keep and hid everyone but I can't have him come with me.

>That entire Lower Castle part
Goddamn it's fucking amazing. Sgail has mediocre level design but atmosphere and music is fucking godlike
Charles Gray
I think the closest thing you can do is knock him out and hide his body for Lucas to pick up.
Nathan Harris
Yeah that guy was wrong, you actually cannot approach the Constant SA/SO.
Colton Barnes
blood money have these mechanics ingrained into the post-mission newspapers, that describes what happened. shell casings/how many shots/accidents/foul play and such. it was nice to see your efforts showing up on the news
Asher Taylor
If you think Hitman is 200IQ then you have 80IQ.
Nathaniel Ortiz
The pirate level is literally Hitman
Brandon Scott
I know. I wish they'd implement it again in the new games. Yes, they're glorified adlibs, but they do subtly encourage you to go beyond SASO.
Ryder Sanchez
Go watch 1minute runs
Carter Diaz
This info is incorrect and was for Hantu Port. We have no idea what the actual new mission is.
Robert Thomas
Owen Thompson
>Babbys first hitman game
Lol
Connor Hall
>300 IQ
>a new life
>throw explosive
>all guards run out
>shoot the target
>shoot his wife, take necklace
>exit level while guards still running around
Jack Gomez
>watching mrfaggot
Ayden Hernandez
>Kill everyone and get SASO
Nice meme
Easton Barnes
Ironically BM was my first hitman game. Then I eventually went back to play 1 and 2. Holy shit 2 is painful, you get suspected and shot at if you fucking RUN.
Noah Barnes
>getting shot at doesn't void SA
>300IQ
Pick one.
BM is great, but it is kind of broken and also limiting compared to the new games.
Jaxson Morris
yeah, it's just a nice little thing to have. the other articles also related somewhat to your next target was a nice touch aswell
have you ever tried the second game? that thing is nearly impossible to get a SA ranking. one step in the wrong direction and you have the entire map looking at you with suspicion
Brody Myers
>How to play a game like a cawadoody baby
Anthony Ortiz
Makes sense, there'd be a video of it otherwise.
Bentley Gutierrez
This, how the fuck can anyone bear his videos?
His humor is flat, his voice is monotone and even his solutions for challenges are retarded because he overcomplicates things.
Ian Edwards
Fun fact, npcs can't see legs.
Nicholas Foster
I actually can't get it to run on my PC. Pain in the fucking ass.
Angel Morgan
>ilegally enter mansion
>shot at from 15 bodyguards in plain sight
>shove them all down the stairs
>"""silent assassin"""
Xavier Morris
Except that doesn't actually work nuhitfag.
Dylan Cook
Nah, managed to miss the Hokkaido elusive due to being on holiday. I'll get it next time though.
Agreed. It's like, the perfect passive aggressive death. You aren't killing him directly, rather consigning him to a slow, painful death via natural causes.
Ryder Campbell
>eiliminate everyone
>silent assassin
yep it's BM alright
Juan Reed
Okay, whatever you say.
youtube.com
Christian Edwards
Everyone knows BigMooney is the best hitman content creator.
Ethan Green
>SPEEDRUNNING IS HOW EVERY GAME SHOULD BE PLAYED
Fucking christ you faggots never cease to amaze me
Christopher Johnson
the first or the second hitman would ctd in my pc every time i opened it. i probably ended emulating on dolphin or something. but i dunno if the trouble is gonna be worth it, it's really really outdated, and the stealth mechanics are just broken. unless you enjoy getting your disguise spotted because you didn't stop at the pixel perfect place for the guard to frisk you
Liam Butler
I think it's because he makes guides for the mouthbreathing retards who can't think.
BM, on the other hand, is actually entertaining.
Benjamin James
I fucking love double tapping people in the back like that. I know it's not as clean as the wire etc, but it just looks so cool.
Mason Richardson
>Says that shit doesn't work in BM
>Gets shown a video where an experienced player does said thing and mentions many more cases of him abusing BM mechanics
You're the retard
Isaiah Howard
I don't like bigmooney because he psychotically laughs at mass murdering civilians like he's the next Brenton Tarrant or something.
Noah Mitchell
>speedrunning means mechanics don't exist
Kill yourself
Cameron Fisher
The best Hitman content creators are Kotti and CJ.
Christian Martinez
Whose version of Hokkaido was more kino?
Jonathan Watson
I honestly thought Hokkaido was one of the weaker levels in CT
Kayden Sullivan
rip
Ryan Ramirez
Killing everyone runs are the standard of gaming. I don't understand zoomers who wants to rewrite history
Christopher Kelly
watching CJ's roulette runs are great
Ayden Hall
CJ is great
Nathan Davis
>not watching the most kino of all hitman videos

Hunter Jones
CJ is a busta.
Ayden Rivera
OK I figured it out, if you knock him out then have his body be discovered by someone he will bolt and Lucas Grey will hijack the helicopter he is escaping with but I don't know if you can get silent assassin rating like that.
Brody Reed
I'm sad he didn't continue making these with Hitman 2
Jaxson Watson
Kotti's 4 hour playthrough of Absolution while watching every single cutscene in the game is the single best way of experiencing Absolution today.
Jaxson Morris
The entire second half of CT is pretty weak.
One thing I question is why the speedrunning community threw a shitfit over 2018's detection system being slightly broken since that one patch. They continue running BM despite it being infinitely more broken, but yet a minor glitch with the scoring system in 2018 apparently makes it literally unplayable.
I just don't get it.
Cameron Myers
Yea Forums actually has taste. Amazing
Aaron Peterson
I kinda liked Absolution and its absurd story. Too bad that game was so centered around speed running levels
Juan Miller
everyone is sensitive after christchurch
Daniel White
>this is how the autistic think
I hate autistic people. They're like the frog niggers of the real world
Elijah Hill
speedrunners are entitled spergs, they feel like they now hold a position of respect/power and should be able to influence iois design decisions
obviously the ship sailed long ago for blood money and the game is pretty broken all around, but it has nostalgia going for it so many are a lot more forgiving even if it is unquestionably busted as fuck and has many unfair, RNG based cycles
HM2 is still being patched every month
Evan King
I haven't come back to this game in a while but is sniping still broken from that new patch?
Nicholas Nelson
last patch fixed it
Dominic Long
No, they actually fucking fixed and it's amazing. Now if they fix the audio device distractions and explosion radiuses being fucked it'd be perfect.
Andrew Mitchell
How exactly does it work now? If I shoot someone with my silenced subsonic ghost from a mile away, guards should not be encroaching on my position immediately.
Logan Bell
>first time playing patient zero final mission
>almost the whole station gets infected
Why the fuck these damn nurses are walking around that AIDS on legs when everyone else are wearing hazmat suits ?
Hunter Roberts
What made sniping broken and how did they fix it?
Jayden Bailey
Same, two fucking sucks aside for a few levels. Contracts is almost as good as BM.
Colton King
Hitman speedrunning community is retarded beyond limit, we had a series of threads about them a while ago, it was kinda funny.

Chase Brown
It's super wasted as just a tutorial. I hope they revisit it for another assassination, like the Paris Redux in the previous game.
Isaiah Cruz
They somehow fucked up the detection mechanics and if you sniped even if you were unspotted and from a secure location, after like 25 seconds, the shot would register as an unsilenced killing gunshot causing any guards to start opening fire on you.
What this usually meant was, you took all that time to set up your sniping position, get the perfect shot, then pack up to leave the level only to suddenly get HUNTED as you're most likely in guarded public areas of the level.
Jaxson Cooper
I'd say 40-50% of the missions suck or are mediocre. Shame you have to abuse the sliding glitch to do anything in a timely manner though.
Cameron Stewart

Doing a lot of kill everyone runs I always notice very odd NPC AI.
Some of my favorites are

>HEY YOU GUARD DOWN THE HALL LOOKING JUST LIKE US WITH A GUN JUST LIKE US, YOU DID THIS BLAM BLAM BLAM
Luis Wood

Mason Martinez
My very favorite is giving Soders a heart attack, but the most IC thing to do is destroy the heart.
Kayden Perry
car kill + explosive kill, escaped right before body was found
Gabriel Rodriguez
I remember seeing the 30somethong second one. Dude chucked c4 out the window for Sierra, left a tazer/bathroom faucet trap for Robert and escaped in the helicopter. Was based.
Isaiah Perez
Nathan Nguyen
this shit is rather yikes
he basically rush the whole thing more than anything, using custom start location, getting noticed, shooting point blank.... pure speedrun but ugly af
Robert Collins
a lot prettier: youtube.com
Jayden Gomez

Asher Mitchell
Best guys aren't even on speedrun.com, Gule did it better with a higher score
Dominic Flores
there's different categories
SA/SO/Default Loadout is the best
Joseph Price
Yeah, unlocking shit like the Matador and the other big Magnum is kinda pointless when the Silverballler does the same.
Even that is made redundant once you get the Zip Gun that isn't detected in patdowns.
Sebastian Martinez
>Saipenzia >Hokkaido >Colorado >Paris >turning off the game and having sandwich >Marakesh
Christopher Williams
>that mouse fiddling
Always gets me, based autist.
Lucas Hill
Matador and Striker have increased damage over all ranges and has bullet penetration, while the Silverballer and other ICA19 variants don't.
They're fun pistols for psycho runs or for taking out Sierra's car in one shot while other pistols take several
Dominic Harris
nuhitman is too scripted.
Jonathan Barnes
the best soders kill is easily draining him of all his blood
Sebastian Clark
t. never played the earlier games
