You should try to reach a point where you can do this every morning: 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, 50-100 pull-ups or chin-ups followed by a 5 or 10km run. On days where you don't have time or you are feeling weak, skip the running, but still do everything else.

After that you will definitely be developing a much stronger appetite because you will feel like your body craves the food after working out.
