The idea is that you have to post to earn charges to use bans but doing so puts you at risk of being banned yourself
Each ban gets you a point, each permaban gets you 5, you unlock certain perks at certain point thresholds
>10 points = can post with janitor capcode
>20 points = can post with mod capcode
>25 points = one usage of unban
>40 points = can edit other people's posts (costs 5 ban charges)
>50 points = can embed youtube or images in post (costs 25 ban charges)
>100 points = can change the board title (costs 50 ban charges, will persist for a week after event ends)
>250 points = can post with Hiro's capcode
