i just play like quake and doom online
the very very small chance you get a whiner they are usually shit and get stomped hard for fun so they leave and call the game shit
the civil ones i might make a silly joke like gg ez but i always try to help them and give them pointers when they're new so we get more pleasant players accustomed to supportive community that want to have fun and get up to speed with others
