Probably Joker from Fighter's Destiny. I don't think I'd call anything I've fought harder than him, but I also haven't played it since I was a kid.

Solo Eclipse and EOS from Claptastic Voyage DLC in BL:TPS. That shit was rediculous. Also Terramorphous UVHM OP8 solo in BL2.

It's weird, but no matter how hard a game is, I always have a blast fighting bosses, and breeze through most.

If anything, a boss from my youth, before I gained my skills would arguably be the hardest, but it's a piss easy boss: Berkin's final form in scenario A of OG RE2.
That bastard gave 14 year old me so much trouble at first. I actually yelled "I beat you, fucker!" When I finally won.
