I only played the demo of that game and it seemed okay. why did you like it so much?

Was quite fond of Rhythm Paradise Megamix.
VVVVVV and Shovel Knight are essential indie platforms.

Very excited to see Dai Gyakuten Saiban finally got translated. Downloading it right now, can't wait to play it.

Rune Factory 4, Fantasy Life, the Yo-Kai Watch series, Super Pokemon Mystery Dungeon and Monster Hunter Stories are all great.

I went into it with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised with it.

the side quests are definitely a downside since they're repetitive fetch quests or "kill x number of y".

Playing rune factory 4, ACNL, Kid Icarus uprising, Wooly world, SuperStar Saga and Sonic lost world

Decided to replay Blaster Master Zero after playing the second, it's still pretty great.
That said, any reccomendations for a grip for the original 3DS? I might just be holding it weird being used to other handhelds, but it's been a tad uncomfortable recently.

Should include Cave Story.

Uprising, Gen3 remakes and VVVVV were great.

Also liked the MGS3 port, but you can’t beat the genuine article there.

I got my "gf" one. The SD card location is the only thing I like about it compared to the n3dsxl I have.

3ds hacking help please, I accidentally updated my hacked 3ds and fucked it, then a red text about not being able to start came up, I tried a few solutions and just deleted everything on the sd card in the end, is there anyway to get my 3ds back from here

Best checking out the homebrew General over on /vg/, it has a series of guides linked and at least a couple of posters will help you out.

My favorite games on it are WarioWare Gold, HarmoKnight and Planet Robobot. The only issue I have with the N3DSXL is accidentally popping a cart out of the system because the slot's right under my hand.
