In the video descriptions: "Before recording this video, I tested out different RNG seeds to see how they would affect the koopa's overall path. For some seeds, his path would come to an abrupt end early on, as he'd fall through the course, fall into a cannon hole, or get stuck in a tight spot turning indefinitely. After testing 25 different seeds, I finally found this one (shown in the video), in which the koopa's path didn't end early on. I decided to stop recording after 4 hours, because shortly after the 4 hour mark, the koopa once again falls into the pit with the 4 wooden posts and remains stuck in there for 6+ hours, which wasn't nearly as interesting as letting him have access to the entire course."
