Proc items are items like Sticky Bombs, Stun Grenades, Tri Tip Dagger, Lens, AtG and Ukulele
Merc should only take Lens and Ukulele, give everything else to a Commando or MULT. The bleed daggers aren't good on him because he kills things too fast when in range. Syringe though scales way better on him than Commando because it affects all his abilities whereas Commando only uses one. Eviscerate deals more attacks with syringes because it's duration based.

For clients:
Get ufile.io
Go to Risk of Rain 2\Risk of Rain 2_Data\Managed
Backup assembly-csharp.dll
Replace it with the downloaded one (you'll have to rename new)
For hosts:
Do the above
Either make an autoexec.cfg file in Risk of Rain 2\Risk of Rain 2_Data\Config that has "sv_maxplayers 16;" (no " obviously) or write it in your console every time you boot the game (ctrl+alt+~ to open console), you can check if it registered by entering sv_maxplayers in your console, it should say back "sv_maxplayers" = "16"
When you host, immediately go to private lobby (character selection screen), don't wait in the screen where it gives you the options. After that, post your lobby ID in the thread

He has like 200 base health while everyone has less than 130 and double everyone's health per level at like 60 or something.
He moves at 9, everyone is 7
He has the best horizontal mobility skill
He has high DPS close range and a sniping weapon for kiting or popping flying fuckers. Also the best Crowbar attack until Sniper comes out.
He can wear two equipment.

Commando technically has a better proc rate and theoretically higher DPS because MULT has a hidden 0.4 proc multiplier or something. Still decent proc rate.
He has less burst in comparison to other classes
He's "versatile" while Commando is "generic".

Yes, he's stupid good.
He can shred a boss without any items, can carry two use items, has an amazing mobility ability that doubles as a powerful attack, procs like crazy and he currently has a glitch that causes the use item that give 100% crit chance to never stop.
So yeah he's getting nerfed soon.

Different portal, it looks the same but is unlocked after you charge the teleport in the 7th level.
