Hello. Thank you for checking out this post. This will inform you of the upcoming Nintendo Direct scheduled for April 2019 and what will be included in it. Firstly, I would just like to say that you can believe this, or you might not want to but this is extremely accurate information. I may be missing some titles, but I know of a few that definietly will be in the Direct. Let's go.
WHEN WILL THE DIRECT TAKE PLACE?: There is currently no confirmed date for the April Direct, other than April 2019. However, Nintendo are looking at holding it in the first two weeks of April since they want to show gameplay of Persona's Joker in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate which, as you already know, will be releasing later in April. The Direct will either be held on April 5th or April 10th, sticking to their new Wednesday trend rather than holding the Direct on Thursdays.
WHO WILL BE HOSTING THE DIRECT?: Reggie Fils-Aime will be hosting most of the Direct. He will be retiring later this month, so this will be a kind-of sendoff to him, as he also hosted the first ever Nintendo Direct back in 2011. He will not be hosting all of the Direct by himself however, as the one and only Shigeru Miyamoto will be guiding us through a special segment of Super Mario Maker 2. More on that later. Doug Bowser will not be appearing in this Direct.
TITLES IN THE DIRECT: With Super Mario Maker 2 just two months away, there will be a heavy focus on this game during the Direct. Shigeru Miyamoto will be hosting a special segment of Super Mario Maker 2 that will start about halfway through the Nintendo Switch headlines. Included in this segment is the revelation of new themes. The new themes shown off in this segment are Jungle, Desert, Snow, Sky and Mountain, with more to be announced before the release of the game. (1/3)

Also in the Super Mario Maker 2 segment, a selection of new enemies are shown off. These include the Banzai Bill (all themes), Boom Boom (SMB3, NSMBU and SM3W), Pom Pom (SMB3, NSMBU and SM3W), Bully (exclusive to SM3W), Hisstocrat (exclusive to SM3W), all seven Koopalings (SMB3, NSMBU), Angry Sun (all themes), Thwomps that move side to side (all themes), Pokeys (all themes), Piranha Creepers (exclusive to SM3W), Cat Goomba & Cat Bullet Bill (obviously exclusive to SM3W), Boomerang Bros (SMB3, NSMBU and SM3W). There were more enemies shown in the trailer, but those are the ones they go into most depth into. Finally, Miyamoto reveals that Super Mario Maker 2 will be playable at E3 2019, will be shown off at Nintendo Treehouse Live at E3 and reveals a release date of Friday June 14, 2019 (as recently rumoured).
Aside from Mario Maker 2, these are more games that will be shown off. There are very few new games shown off, but updates on games that were already previously announced. Luigi's Mansion 3 - A lengthy trailer for LM3. Luigi's Mansion 3 will have no subtitle, the final name for the game is just simply Luigi's Mansion 3. NINTENDO DIRECT APRIL 2019 (3/3)
Okay, so the Nintendo direct will finish off with one of these little "Codename characters" that will be revealed as Smash bros DLC. Im not allowed to say the names otherwise I will get my source in trouble.
Ponytail Old Man Archer Warrior and Secretary Mech Prime Ribs4
There you go. Thats all my sources will tell me.(3/3)
Gameplay for Persona's Joker in SSBU is in the Direct. It will release the day after the Direct, whenever the Direct happens. The next DLC fighter is not shown, but will arrive in Summer. Free DLC for Super Mario Party is shown off. There is 1 board for solo Mario Party and its' Partner Party counterpart. The boards are based off of New Donk City from Mario Odyssey, and will be called "The Bustling City" and "Giant City", respectively. 4 new characters are added in the form of Toadsworth (yes, unexpected, I know!), Pauline, Birdo and Boom Boom. SNES games will be added to the Nintendo Switch Online library alongside the already-there NES games. The first 3 games added will be Super Mario Kart, Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country.
That is all the titles that I know will be popping up in the Nintendo Direct.
REST OF THE DIRECT: Reggie is going to say his goodbyes to us all and thank everyone for joining him on this awesome adventure. He will thank all the staff at Nintendo and to the viewers at home. He confirms that he will not be appearing at E3 2019 for Nintendo or take part in any more Nintendo-related events.
That's all! Thanks for reading and look forward to the April Direct.

You nigga's fall for the fake direct every single time. >Bu bu but that ONE time was actually true
From some dude who just so happen to work on setting up the stations for an event.

They can't leave us with nothing. Not after the backlash from last Direct. Not after 6+ months of silence. There has to be a "See you at E3!" at the very least.
Jason Reed
I just come to these threads to see how ludicrous people can get with fakes.
Someone leaked Smash Bros Ultimate in the midst of all the hype 30 minutes before Nintendo's E3 direct.
Ian Diaz
Why do all these fucking people just seem like Smash faggots that only care about Smash characters?
Asher Brooks
the entire switch reveal was leaked here e3 2018's smash reveals were leaked here (but of course everyone ignored them) /vp/ has had a few leaks but they weren't direct related
Someone actually leaked Piranah Plant on Yea Forums, his thread got zero replies though.
Joshua Powell
Not Nintendo, but someone (kinda) leaked MHW before E3.

>Pretending the next Direct WON'T be Smash Bros themed when it will have been almost half a year since the November Direct at this point
That's how I know you're lying out of your ass OP. Joker plus Persona 5 content in Smash Bros, the 3.0 update, and the next Fighter's Pass character alone would be too much to squeeze into a general Direct.
