Did they say if we will have co-op on pc? Local and internet?
ARE YOU READY
>its not the worst of the 4 bungie halos
its the worst but better by miles to 343 "games"
Is all the customizable bits available day 1 or do you still have to unlock it all?
It would be really weird for them not to have it.
I liked Reach better than 3 story wise.
>halo
>halo 2
>halo 3
>halo 3 odst
>halo reach
>4
hmm
>has multiplayer
>no coop
if true, imma riot
if anything is missing from the MCC the community as a collective will moan until they fix it
do this right and we'll buy your next game 343, simple as that
Noble Team were horribly boring. Reach needed a Seven Samurai/Maginificent Seven style ensemble cast which it sort of tried to do but completely failed.
blackmansweatingprofusely.gif
Thoughts on the plot my niggas? I for one liked it, though Noble Team could have been much more interesting
>When you actually start surviving
I thought it was good. The only thing I hated is how Noble Squad were wearing all these different colours for no discernible reason; rather then wearing the standard issue green. (which I hope mods remedy this problem)
Barring that, I liked the plot. I loved how Noble 6 is essentially you, I liked that. Overall I only played the single player; and I thought the game was a great send off from Bungie. Just one man's opinions.
Tell 'em to release this shit already
Is it wrong if I'd prefer slowly unlocking everything and saving up credits to buy stuff? I enjoy that
Epitome of Halo armor aesthetic. Everything after went to total shit.
>Why yes, I am a descendant of a Forerunner Builder. How did you know?
I just assumed that since Noble Team was a "special" unit, the members were given more freedom in regards to equipment and so on
Reach sucked and was the worst of Bungie's Halo games
>little to no Forerunner levels
>one short Covenant level
>lots of shitty, bland Human levels
>characterless team of Spartans
>reuse of Sword base in an already short game
Nascar was the worst custom game
>Game about humanity's last stand on a human-controlled planet
>Why were there no Forerunner/Covenant levels?! Why are there so many human levels?!
I really hope they keep that. The saving of credits, the actual feeling of earning that dumb attachment on the helmet. I've missed it so much.
Yeah, I don't know man. I don't think that kind of freedom is given to the Navy Seals or the SAS.
There's some lore/trivia for that
>As shown in an early production note, Kat was originally intended to have been born in 2529, and was supposed to have been conscripted as a part of Alpha Company. In this version, she and Carter were the last remaining members of a SPARTAN-III team known as "Blue Team" (not to be confused with the SPARTAN-II unit). This is also apparent by the similar coloration of their armors in early concept art.[14]
in other words Noble 1 and Noble 2 both wear different shades of blue because they were part of the same team originally
in the game, Kat and Carter are the last remaining members of the "original" Noble team so the same concept remains. Noble team does have other Spartans kept on rotation depending on the mission. There were supposed to be more members in the game but they were cut out.
Post your helmet-fu
based
Grenadier for sure.
So it's been officially retconned in Halo Reach that Spartans don't wear a Military Green for their standard issue?
Am I one of the few people who remember the original Spartan III armours? The armour with no shielding that appears in Ghosts of Onyx.
That just seems like a shame to me man.
I remember swapping between Recon UA/HUL and the prototype Mark VI but I actually really like the default Mark V[B] variant now
You can only choose one.
>When you think you're the new addition to Noble Team after their last memeber died but then you learn that Kat and Carter are the only two OG members of Noble
2 and 3. Accept no substitutes.
II and III master race
Tell them to release this shit already.
JFO chad here
I think thats part of its appeal though. All of the mainline halos have a main character that's a defined badass pulling off crazy and surreal stunts to save humanity from this massive alien threat.
Reach is the inversion of that- you are one, nameless soldier on the ground, going from A to B, following orders. All of your friends die around you, and at the end you give your life in favor of a cause greater than you. You're not the hero, you're a footnote, and I love that.
>Halo 4 artstyle
What a """fan""" artist.
This.
Fucking loved nearly every armor type- I really hope it gets the remaster treatment. Seeing some of the metallic and visor options in modern visuals will be like sex.
I did hear they were doing a Reach-like progression system, hopefully it also adds to the artsyle.
Me too. However - objectively, it's only good if you've played through the rest of Bungie's Halos, before playing it. People who think playing Reach as an introduction to the series just because it's a prequel are wrong.
Had a real stormtrooper vibe.
Man, I would cum buckets if they gave Reach the Remastered treatment like 2
why does 3 have a tiny head
military police is shaped like a penis
ODST helmet is by far my favorite
I hope 343 or the community ports more of H2 maps to H2:A multiplayer
Not sure if anything suggests an actual retcon
Besides doesn't Jun wear green/olive? Jorge seems to be olive too except his orange chest piece and some red highlights on the shoulders, but we know he has some "additions" made. He was probably green originally.
If I were to guess though, there are probably a set of "standard issue" colors like black, white, tan/brown & olive or "steel" (unpainted?) Basic earthly colors or monochrome "factory new" variants for testing.
Blue looks cool but I always thought it was kind of weird from a camouflage perspective. And yes, I remember the original Spartan III armor. It still exists too, but it was always entirely different from MJOLNIR. It's cheap and probably a tier above ODST armor, but it actually has stealth capabilities.
Best helmet
Steam page lists co-op
Maybe to blend in with the covie shit
Reach had more options but also more filler whereas H3 had the most iconic/distinct silhouettes
the best armor in reach is the stuff worn by noble team desu
WHERE THE FUCK IS MY BETA
WHERE IS IT 343
When they release it ;)
Cute butt.
Mark V, always.
>30km long covenant vessel slips undetected into most well defended system with hundreds upon hundreds warships, defence platforms, scanners, monitoring stations and starts deploying invasion army right under their noses completely undetected.
Yeah that bungie's "muh dramatic" story for ya
>That butt
Perhaps it's not a retcon but I feel like the real reason Noble Team has widely differen't colours so that the player character wouldn't feel ostracised if he was the only guy wearing different colours while the rest of the squad is in uniform
But I do think it's a missed oputunity, before Reach we never saw a squad of Spartans before, and instead of seeing them as a tactical operator unit of elite, trained soldiers.
they said that its like the original reach system but with even more stuff
read the AMA on leddit that they did a few weeks ago
My fucking basketball American
READY?
READY.
DOESN'T.
EVEN.
F U C K I N G

has anyone ever got around to making a Gaylo Reacharound gachi?
But rainbow six siege told me there are rainbow hair coloured dykes in yoga pants with EMP nanomachines!
I'M READY
HOW ABOUT YOU
no, thank you. as a big halo fan only 1-3 exist in my world and it'll stay that way. every single thing Reach changed was bad except muh particle effects. I'll be seeing you guys in the MP of Halo 1-3, unless someone makes a new great arena shooter sooner. in other words, unless Diabotical is so great I want to spend all my game time playing that for the next few years.
ODST doesn't count and 4 wasn't made by bungie.
WHERE THE FUCK IS IT
>im a big halo fan
>lol not really im just a fag
i bet you didnt even read the books you fake fan faglord
i'll you see you in halo 1 faggot
be warned though, I have had lots of training
you bet you're gay little ass I didn't read the books. what kind of failure would read books about a video game? fuck outta here.
>can hold fuel rods in multiplayer
>can't hold fuel rods in the campaign
what did bungie mean by this?
I like Reach because it wasn't just a sequel.
People often forgot Halo 3 was the sequel to the shit show Halo 2's story was, ending on the worst cliffhanger ever. Many like the Halo series for its gameplay, its world, its artstyle and music, and much less for its story. Let's say it accompanies the shooting, that's all we need.
That's what made ODST and Reach shine so fucking much, because it was more Halo, but it wasn't just another sequel. Not that it's surprising, spinoffs are always underappreciated.
bungie didn't mean anything, gearbox did
porting halo to pc and learning how the game worked actually inspired them to make borderlands
Post your favorite soundtrack in anticipation for reach

not reach but don't care
Gungnir helmet is pretty fucking wicked.
3>2>1>Reach>ODST
Only newfag zoomers care about reach
Reach>ODST>3>1>2
Mark V. Every game I can.
what about halo wars 2? 343 fired the old artist and hired the same dude that made theses.
>le epic reddit face
It all checks out
I completely understand why people hate it. But god dammit reach is my home.
>the third one is just yellow in the arms and back
>but not on the legs
>first one only has only one leg guard while the other has nothing on it
Looks pretty Gundam-y.
The Flamethrower and Fuel Rod Cannon were both beta weapons that were never intended to be in the final release. It was Gearbox that slapped them into the multiplayer.
Fire him
Thread was great
Then this nigger turns up
not really I remember talking to a 25 year old who had a great time with it
im 23 and more of a ce/h3 fag
It's a good compromise between Bungie Halo and 343 Halo
343 was a mistake
Reach was peak operator kino
Best armor and weapon designs in the series
The fanbase is mostly comprised of zoomer newfags, Which is why they always stir up a buzz about reach instead of literally any other game in the master chief collection because they were kids when it came out so for the majority it's all they know.
IIs, nothing else
Reach > 3 > 2 >>>>>>>>> The Rest
God, I'm so sorry they did you like that, Buck
>Halo 4 and 5
what the FUCK went wrong
3 > 1 > 2 > dog shit > everything else
God I wish 343 would fire all of their visual design guys and wave lots of money at the old Bungie guys to get them to come back.
lol?

post yfw this music kicks in
That guy left 343 and just so you know before anyone says anything he never had anything to do with Infinite's art, Sparth wanted to combine the old style with the new style for Infinite, Halo Wars 3 may have a different art style though.
3 > 2 > the rest
3 = Reach > 2 > CE > ODST >>> *power gap >>> 5 > 4
2 and Reach are still my favs for purely nostalgic reasons
BLOW ME AWAAAAY
This guy gets it.
Yeah I guess you're right. Played 1 and 2 so much. 3 came out and was too busy with college to play really. Reach came out near the end and I had time to play it. So I played 3 and was kind of underwhelmed, but played reach and loved it. meh.
Reach armor is objectively an improvement over 3
Stay mad
2 will always hold a special place in my heart, I spent way to many fucking hours on it online and met some top lads. But 3 is basically superior to it in everyway.
This, I hated Reach back then and I still hate it today, Reach fans are as bad as fags that make Metroid Other M threads asking was it really that bad. 2010 was such a shit year for Microsoft and Nintendo.
I WILL STAY IN THE MESS I MADE
Reach was tacticool bullshit with brown shit thrown at the screen, it was the start of Halo's downfall in art design that only got worse when 343 took over, eat shit, zoomer. Halo 2 and 3 had better-looking ODSTs and everything else.
3 > 2 > 5 > CE > (power gap) > Reach > 4
Halo 3's is actually Halo 3:ODST's. Whoever made these shit images that everybody continues to post needs to apply themselves.
Did Halo 3 have a functional Tower of Power? I don't think so, famalamadingdong.
5 above anything
I agree with 3 and 2 but Reach ODST is objectively better than 5 and 4
Impossibly horrible taste
Fucking YIKES
Why do you faggots bandwagon so hard on the Reach hate train
>objectively
ONLY THE STRONG ASS WILL SURVIVE
can't unhear it.
We're talking about ODST armors, not your Halo series opinions.
Holy fuck I didn't know this, they don't need to apply themselves, they need to kill themselves for this mistake.
Reach is literally the highest rated Halo game ever
Always loved the fully upgraded Operator helmet, kept on my Spartan since I started playing Reach
>mouthbreathing reach hater is completely retarded
wow I'm shocked. 343 did a complete 180 on the art design you shiteating monkey, that's why it looks so awful, it went back to 1 and then tried modernizing it.
I think the Reach ODST suffers from having extremely thick legs that turn him into a rectangle when they're vaguely together.
the classic. best design theyve ever had
Reach is fucking garbage to go back and play and has aged worse than CE
Commando is peak Halo helmet design
You’re a fucking retard if you think that CE let alone Reach doesn’t hold up artistically or graphically.
>Reading comprehension
Rate Noble Team's deaths
Lmao cry more
My niggers
what bothers me most humans always had muted and/or practical colors and 343i decided to start paining armor like it's a sports car
Reminder the Rookie got killed off in a book because Mickey went rogue.
>Helmet didn't come with the cap in-game
Boo
The sad thing is that Buck unironically has the best looking armor out of any of the characters in 5.
>YIKES
Go back
was the worst Halo experience I ever had when it launched
>Roastie getting killed in one shot because she tried to do a mans job
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Oh, I'm sorry I don't agree with a bunch of COD children, Reach looked like hot garbage and only looks better than Kenneth Scott's shit.
>1-3, Reach, ODST go out of their way to make the armors look gritty and scratched
>4-5 everyone looks shiny and new
you're a fucking retard if you think CE, 2, 3, Reach has aged a day
the only somewhat aged stuff in the Bungie Halos is the hand made animation in Halo 3 and ODST when played above 30fps (ODST in particular could benefit from reanimated/smoothed cutscenes)
Its an addon, you just gotta unlock it
This, it's hard to look at, how the hell did Bungie make Halo CE and 2 look so good on the Xbox and make Halo 3 look so good on the Xbox 360 yet makes Reach look like ass on the Xbox 360?
Six
Carter
Emile
Jorge
Kat
Jun if it counts
Purple commando helmet, no accessories, black visor
Based
Nobody even knows who the fuck the Rookie is, if Arbiter got killed in a book I doubt anyone would give a rat's ass about him either.
halo CE on pc was my first halo played it as a kid, loved it. couldn't get 2 to work on my computer so had to miss out on it till around reach time, got a 360 one Christmas to play 3, was a poorfag with no internet, so not up to date with everything and had to play offline splitscreen and didn't know odst existed until it was brought for me from blockbuster preordered reach there and played it non stop, the customization gave it so much replayability unlike oither halo games offline. I Loved the trailers for halo and i liked the Aliens films and the film Equilibrium's aesthetic as a kid, the bulky tech, the grimey army look the brutalist industrial architecture etc reach for me fit the more gritty militaristic dark totalitarian sci fi with man fighting a horrific hopeless war against a relentless enemy. With sacrifice and duty as main themes. The other games beside odst feel almost like science fantasy and are to colourful for my tastes. Reach is my favourite, still playing it today but i hate that noble aren't green and the marines look like cod soldiers etc after reach id say 1,3,2,odst,wars

>Jun if it counts
Jun didn't die, but now he's in 343 canon, which may be a fate worse than death

So could some lore autist tell me how exactly Reach defied the canon up until that point and pisses so many people off to this day?
>Based!
ftfy
PC Reach better still have muh flames
III
>caring about lore in halo
Could Reach autist stop asking how exactly Reach defied the canon up until that point and pisses so many people off to this day like how Other M autist also do this shit?
it's brought up constantly by people who hate the game, so I'd like to know why
It retconned the first Halo novel that came out before Reach. The fall of Reach really was a footnote for the halo lore before the first book so they kinda needlessly messed up peoples headcanon for no real benefit.
Dunno something about Cortana I assume
Can you imagine the smell that would travel for miles?
>muh pillar of autumn was built in space and not on reach
>muh blue team
>no one told me SIIIs were allowed to wear mjolnir
"The words please."
difference is only book nerds give a shit about how Reach fucked the canon up
Objective: Survive (AKA: Six goes ham) > Slipspacr Rupture detected > *mercilesdly headshotted as is the reality of war* > Carter out > Emile
No powergaps
The Fall of Reach was quick and traumatic event, with massive ground battles and the majority of Spartan 2's dying defending the generators supplying the orbital defenses.
In the game the Covenant somehow lands a fucking supercarrier on the planet without anyone noticing and we see almost none of the big battles that were hyped up so far. I don't really have a problem with Noble Team since I like Spartan III's quite a lot, but not seeing the desperate fighting at the generator bunkers or the Spartan 2's doing orbital drops by jumping out of Pelicans in their was a huge letdown.
And that guy quit like last week, so it's fucked.
>putting chicks death above anything
The fuck is the point of all that armor and shields if one shot can kill you
I'm not even a book nerd but I'm mad at how it fucked up canon to Halo CE, 2, and 3, how the levels sucked, how the story sucked, how shallow the characters were, how forced everything was from Noble Team's death to Cortana and the Pillar of Autumn being shoved into the game to try to force Reach in with the first three games, and I was pissed about all of the cockteases that led nowhere, campaign was outright trash and the multiplayer was just the same as the campaign.
her shield was down thanks to the explosion a moment earlier. she had terrible luck
I forgot, I wasn't fond of Bungie shoving bookshit (Spartan IIIs) in the games and trying to compare them with Spartan IIs (Master Chief).
she was the last to have her helmet on so shields probably weren't recharged
I mean I agree Reach was trash but I don't see how it fucked up the canon for any of the other games
Can't come soon enough, ever since its been announced I've been reminiscing and hyping myself up as memories of playing it on the xbox come flooding back to me.
Can't wait for swat and fire fight, those two were the funnest shit I've ever played in an FPS, and grunt birthday party made me deadly in swat.
>MFW I curb stomped the entire enemy team myself as my team sat back and camped like pussies
>mfw I hear them talking over voice asking how the hell I got 30 kills out of 50
>Mfw one of them admits its because I stormed and rampaged through the map blowing the heads off anything I came across while they hid like a bunch of pussies
I can almost remember that match perfectly. It was awesome
even without shields what good is the armor itself in the end if you can get one-shotted
It didn't fuck up the canon of any of those games.
Shields were down + covenant weapon + headshot
Real reason why it was good was that it further cemented the hopeless tone and reality of the situation.
>those covenant carbine rampages I did
>unironically proud of playing fucking swat
Autism
>343 loves to outsource
>Bungie is now independent
>343 hires Bungie to outsource their model design to
My dick would get rock hard.
it was fun, suck my dick
if it's through the visor with your shields down, nothing will save you. It's the same it's always been in Halo.
I hope we get Halo: Custom Edition-like mods so we can play around with the campaign and everything however we like. Make forge even better.
You would only know the difference if you read the books or wikidive, they don't even reference Chief as a Spartan 2 in the games and I don't think they mention Noble team being 3s in game either.
WHERE THE FUCK IS HALO REACH I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT
Also, gimme extinction ported to CEA
home.
What's some shit you did in match making? Me and my friends would play those 4 teams vs games and focus entirely on the green team.
MFW we got rage mail from butthurt griggers. which was often
this
all bungie games were better than 343 trash
>humanity is about to lose, all outer colonies are glassed and we're pretty much down to Reach and Sol
>despite this there is no fleet protecting Reach, the place where they build ships and train the army
>when Reach falls, humanity is doomed within months as we can only turtle on Earth behind a fuckload of MAC platforms but not repair/replace what we lose
>Covenant hide a cloaked ship in orbit even though that would be detected in seconds, cloaking can't hide heat or mass
This is all just stuff from playing the original trilogy.
For some reason they didn't want to devote time to a big space battle, even though they have a space mission where it would be an ideal distraction to hijack the corvette and justify returning to the flagship for repairs. Or do the mission, the UNSC fleet arrives, THEN the rest of the Covenant fleet arrive, and you fall to the planet watching a shitstorm unfold in space. Would make sense as the next missions focus on regrouping/civilian evac, and they wouldn't be able to evac at all without a fleet presence buying them breathing room.
Also kinda miffed how it seemed like you were the only Spartans on Reach when that's where most of the SII's died.
>in Reach the POA is seen flying towards Alpha Halo, Installation 04 is supposed to be near the center of the galaxy not outside the galaxy like the Ark
>Spartan IIIs on Reach when Halo CE manual said Spartan IIs
>Brutes and Drones on Reach instead of it just being Elites, Grunts, Jackels, and Hunters
>Brute and Elite designs
>Phantoms on Reach
>Halo 3 Scarab, Wraith, and Scorpion on Reach
>Suicide Grunts when they started acting like this in Halo 3 because of their fear the Brutes
>The Package and Pillar of Autumn
>Elite Zealot color
>Elite Armor
>Cortana Choosing Noble Six
>game acts like Master Chief doesn't exist even from a story point
>Keyes looks younger
>Brute Chieftains wearing Power Armor
>Brute Chieftains having rechargeable energy shields
>Brutes using Armor Abilities even though the lower ranks aren't wearing Power Armor
>Brutes using Spikers and not Brute Shots, they're also using Gravity Hammers
>Skirmishers
>all these weapons we never see again
Banshee design
Chances are there's more but I'm no longer wasting my time.
Literally none of that shit is ever mentioned in the games. You're a filthy lying bookfag.
SeeShut the fuck up.
none of that is any kind of serious canon violation, just you autistically nitpicking trivial gameplay and aesthetic details and shit from the fucking manual lmao
Yes, it is, you stupid COD child.
>T-the aesthetic doesn't match on several of these throwaway vehicles and enemies!
Literally none of Halo's aesthetics as a franchise has remained the same beyond a few examples. The Wraith changed between CE and 2. The Scorpion and Wraith changed again between 2 and 3. The pistol has changed God knows how many times. Chief's gauntlets inexplicably changed between the ending of Halo 2 and the beginning of Halo 3. The Elites have physically changed between all games, and their armor designs drastically changed between 2 and 3. I could go on and on.
It's literally the establishing setting of CE.
Or does reading the "Story so Far" summary in the game manual count as being a bookfag you stupid faggot?
>deltarune
Opinion discarded
I don't like the Reach Banshee because it looks like the wings are broken
no it isn't, nobody but a literal autist like you gives a rat's fucking ass about what weapons they add to the game despite it technically being a prequel. it's a fucking video game
Nigger
Autism
I couldn’t give a rats ass about minute equipment changes, and especially not within a month or two of time between Reach and 3.
still not mentioned in the games themselves :^)
>WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?
they're all different scorpions and different wraiths and different pistols, they even have different names on the manuals
never heard of an explanation for chiefs gauntlets though
Disagree completely so there
You've got an insanely low standard for good characters then.
the campaign is dull as fuck until the after the Sabre mission.
I think you might be retarded.
nobody half-way sane gives a fuck about the lore, Reach was just a shit game coming from 3.
DUDE, ARE YOU READY?
>stop liking what I don’t like!
It wasnt though the visor it was through the top of the head
this is the correct answer
is that the broteam video? christ that was so long ago
so basically
>designs are different
>just like every halo game
No you, autistic retard. Go back to shitposting BLACKED threads.
I remember Bungie making a big deal about how this was the first game where you could interact with civilians and it happened like once.
>not liking going around the farmland with the civilian jeeps
oh
well, you die in the game from a headshot too if you don't have shields
lel
FINISH HER
Haha imagine what the inside of that helmet looks like.
Or just a different opinion to you, lad. Shocking.
The glassing can't come quick enough
Slipspace rupture detected
Halo Wars did all of this shit and it was before Reach and the trilogy. You're just cherrypicking stupid shit because you're an autist.
captain keyes makes it out alive
Did halo 2 have a functional balance? I don't think so,
>3-2
>Balance
I played reach before I played 3 because I only got a 360 in 2012. Played 1 and 2 before that. I only got 3 later in like 2014 when it was free on xbox live
>survive long enough that the only enemies coming in now are endless elites with energy swords
>acquire drop shield
>take energy sword
>"WHO DARES TO ENTER MY ARENA?"
>1v1 elites until one eventually beats you
God it was fun
Halo 2 balance outside of the Needler was just as good if not better. Like even that piddly pistol was better than the 3 variant.
>there are people who's first experience with halo will be reach on PC in 2019
good fucking lord.
Halo isn't that sacred or anything; who cares.
Actually my first experience with Halo was with Eldewrito in 2017
Halo 1 has been on pc since the start. That was my first experience. I even got to play online multiplayer.
this
there's nothing to gatekeep in halo, the more newfags the better (especially in multiplayer)
>doesnt know halo ce and halo 2 are already on PC
Proof that Reach haters are ZZZZOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM
At least they'll still get to play it! Better late than never, right?
I played the original trilogy before they banned my account, I recently beat Halo Wars 1 and 2 in preparation for this.
Yes and? It's a fine entrypoint and they'll only have even better games to look forward to after (exception of 4).
If it contains the DLC maps at launch too multiplayer will be in a fine state too.
>look at how they massacred my boy
sauce?
I think Buck's armor is actually really cool. Jutting chestplates always look rad.
>we can get past it sir!
>no you can't. not without help
>post-cutscene: gap to the cave is actually really small and could've been passed in a few seconds if 6 and Emile didn't stop to gawk at the Scarab
>Tfw they really could've gotten past it without Carter's sacrifice, especially if he just shoots it and then flies away to distract it
This always bothered me. Like I get that he was wounded and probably on his way out, but he could've waited a little later to make his death count. Like maybe survive to give Emile some air support while he mans the mac gun.
Okay? And?
but then six would've made it to the Autumn and we can't have that
Halo CE-3 felt like natural progressions when you throw all that shit in a game before Halo CE-3 it throws everything off. Don't even get me started on how Reach made the UNSC seem both primitive and more advanced than what is seen in Halo CE-3 and the Covenant seem more advanced.
It's called being consistent, something Bungie forgot after Halo 3. Of course, COD kids like you would accept it, it was your first Halo games after all.
Reminder Halo Reach had the best UNSC aesthetic.
Nah, that would be Halo 3
Mother fucker, I don't even go to those blacked threads, I'll just keep treating Reach like it doesn't exist, I mean it might as well not exist.
>COD kids
Autism
Reach was shit and a pathetic excuse for a swan song from Bungie, but it's still not as pathetic as your lorefag autism.
that's halo 3, but Reach is also pretty good
Peak armor designs
Halo Wars was some RTS shit it's like comparing a Metroid Prime game to 2D Metroid, comparison doesn't make much sense due to it being a different dev. I like consistency something ODST, Reach, and CEA fail at.
Can't say i disagree.
>he didn't get black or gold visor
I have it.
I dunno about best aesthetic, but It had the cutest female marines thats for sure
>When you finally get enough for the gold visor
Black makes the most sense realism wise
mah nigga
>Chief wakes up on the Autumn and there's already another Spartan that he's never met in a MJOLNIR variation he's never seen, and Cortana seems to have met him
I don't think he'd be down
I believe the more advanced part was explained by it being fucking Reach. It's the UNSC's main planet for military tech, all the prototypes and newly issued weapons could absolutely be expected to be there. In 1, you're with the haggard remnants of that battle's survivors, and the equipment you have is limited to what was on the Autumn when it left.
Then with 2 and 3 you're either back on earth (aka a similar case to Reach) or on a prepared expedition where there was time to equip everybody with the best of what the UNSC has left. But a lot of the fancy prototypes from Reach burned up with the planet itself, so you still aren't quite back up to that level of technical sophistication.
I love how this thread has 300+ replies and is just the name of a game. Halo is special you can't deny it.
Fuck no, Halo Wars had the best looking marines.
HW Marines > Halo 3/ODST Marines > Halo CE marines > Halo 2 Marines > Halo Wars 2 > Halo Reach > > > > > Halo 4 > > > > Halo 5
he only carries a part of her who was studying some forerunner thing with halsey tho
Did you watch the entire cutscene? The EMP blast fucked with their shields and completely disabled them, making them extremely vulnerable to high damage weapons
you just KNOW
WHERE THE FUCK IS IT
Dude, I give two fucks about stupid gay ass books, if you fuck with Halo CE-3 story and campaign wise, your game is straight up shit, no exceptions.
It was made exactly for you the faggots that came in after Halo 3 begging Bungie to modernize Halo all on Bungie.net.
Mark V [B] UA
but I also love the spooky boy
gaylo reach around
Chief met Cortana for the first time literally a day or two before
claim your waifu
as someone who put hundreds of hours into reach, there's nothing wrong with that
you can't play everything

>That entire club level
I love club levels
>1.60
why is she so smol
She was 12 years old when she was 160cm
>Lucy is one of the smallest Spartan-IIIs. At age 12, at the time of Operation: TORPEDO, she was only 160 centimeters (5 ft 3 in) tall and weighed 70 kilograms (150 lb) which was small for a Spartan-III of that age. Even as an adult she remained small, being only slightly taller than Veta Lopis, in stark contrast with Tom and her other fellow Spartans. She has neotenous facial features with a pale complexion, wide dark brown eyes] and black hair worn close-cropped. Her gait was noted as being short and careful.
While Spartan III's mostly eventually grew up to the same height as Spartan II's, she just remained shorter than the rest.
what a womenlet
it out yet?
>160 centimeters
>70 kg

Based caboose
Weren't they almost all army in Reach not marines? Either way I appreciated the heavier armor/look of the army guys compared to the marines because they didn't have to worry about mass/volume while deploying from set planetary bases instead of from spaceships. It's an idea/aesthetic that I wish was carried out with more thought through the rest of the game. Like the Scorpion should have been replaced with a heavier tank.
It's shit because it's a shit game, not cause of your lorefag autism about what variant of the fucking scorpion tank was on Reach. That's not fucking with the story in any meaningful way.
Halo 3 Security, but I like the Reach version too. It gets a bad rap IMO, they just tried to tone down the visor and make it fit more into the general Reach aesthetic. Either way I'll always rep the Marathon helmet.
BRUTE SHIPS! STAGGERED LINE!
>Smolfu
Imagine
>160cm
>60kg
>can lift you three times over and break you in two
I M A G I N E
They do canonically have heavier tanks which are featured in Halo Wars but the designs are pretty shitty. The Scorpion should have never been called an MBT, it's clearly an Pelican-carried light tank meant for Marine use.
Nightfall armor wouldn't look out of place in the covenant, Like seriously fuck this shiny and new spaceboy aesthetic.
Reach was shit because
>the campaign was shit
>the gameplay was shit
>the levels were shit
>the characters were shit
>the art was shit
>the music was shit
>the multiplayer was shit
>the firefight was shit
>forge was done better in a game that came out in 2015
Reach was shit at mostly everything with very little redeemable quality, also no one gives a fuck about your stupid books, no one has ever gives a fuck about them only the games matter, stop bringing the stupid lore up, no one gives a fuck. I hope Infinite has better armor than Reach because then that would finally push that pile of shit into irrelevancy once and for all.
to be fair that's a prototype render. as shitty as Halo 5 is the armor aren't that shiny in game. still too flat and plasticky looking though.
Never could get into Reach. The multiplayer was easily the worst in the franchise at the time :(
Nice blog
I’ve been playing Halo since ‘02, and I never stopped playing Reach, and I played it all last summer when we only had like 4000 regulars, tops. Not looking forward to the influx of newfags because everyone who played last year loved that game, and was a real nigga you knew that 343 was fucking gay.
Reach was good because
>the campaign was good
>the gameplay was good
>the levels were good
>the characters were good
>the art was good
>the music was good
>the multiplayer was good
>the firefight was good
>it came out im 2010
also
>getting this mad at people talking about stuff you don't like
I don't read the books and I didn't bring the lore up except to make fun of how absolutely silly you sound nitpicking shit like the weapons in the game as proof that Reach fucked up the canon of the trilogy. Caring about shit like that is on the same level of caring about how the game contradicts the plot of some dumb EU fanfic book. Non-autismos can easily grasp that the game would have more recent weapons and shit despite it technically being a prequel, because you don't move backwards in game design just to autistically suit the stipulations of the plot of a damn video game.
At least we agree that Reach is shit and video game books are for losers.
THEY OUTNUMBER US 3 TO 1
Then it is an even fight.
Don't worry, You just need the earn Monopolized before you can obtain it.
Legendary Flame >>>>>>>>>>>> Blue Flame fags
I played Reach a bit last year and I got so many messages from ESL kiddies asking how to get the regular flames
All cruisers, fire at will. Burn their mongrel hides!
I read somewhere PC bros will need to buy an XBL subscription to play
I'm seeing a pattern with anti-reach posters
They seem to be very underage
Nope. You just need an account.
You need an Xbox Live account but no subscription will be required.
You need Windows Live and thats free
Whoever told you that is a retard
you dont need to buy to play online
Xbox Live Account =/= Xbox Live Gold
They're probably gonna take out grinding for armor aren't they? since MCC had everything unlocked from the start
yo where reach at
where is at microsof
can't see the download mothafucka
where it be at
Has any game actually justified the hype behind it like Halo 3 did?
there's a difference?
Yes retard
Daikatana literally made you John Romero's bitch if you paid for it, so yeah.
the account is literally just your email assigned to a gamertag so Microsoft can track your stats and achievements. It's free.
the actual GOLD part is what you have to pay to play xbox live on Xbone consoles
Yakuza 0 met the hype and exceeded it
Thanks for the clarification. Just some buttmad snoy boy spreading Disinfo as usual, I suppose.
Yeah, gold costs like 10 bux a month. You can have a hotmail account and you already have an xbox live account.
I would be perfectly fine with that since I already did it once. Reach's grind was stupid anyway, 3 had it right by tying armor to specific shit like beating missions on certain difficulties or finding all the skulls. Having to play a million hours just to unlock the helmet I want is dumb.
holy jesus that was painful to watch, that kid is fucking bad
I nick picked the parts of Reach that contradicted Halo CE-3, if you didn't see any of the contradictions to the Halo Trilogy then you probably didn't play the Halo Trilogy.
Super Metroid
I played the Halo trilogy
Reach didnt contradict anything, or at least I didnt notice
Maybe you're just autistic
I noticed shit like the Scropion requiring a second person to operate the machine gun. I just didn't care, because it's a fucking video game and that was obviously a gameplay choice, autismo.
fuck. seven samurai was cool as hell, forgot about that one.
youtube.com
LOOKS LIKE HALO KINO IS BACK ON THE MENU BOYS
>hello i am master chief lolololololololol
Halo Reach
It contradicted everything, the best thing that's been done for the most part is Microsoft and 343 ignoring that shit for the most part with it being on MCC because of the 200K faggots on reddit. At least it will never play a part in the mainline games and that's all that matters.
I did, it's called being consistent with your shit.
I mean, he's not wrong
My nigga Johnson.
>it contradicted everything!!!11
Ok sperg
I don't remember this being in reach, must be the legendary ending.
Alright Yea Forums, post your controversial Halo opinions. Remember, no bullying.
Hard mode: Say good things about the 343 games
Fall of Reach is just above average for the Halo books, there's plenty of better ones: Ghosts of Onyx, Contact Harvest, Evolutions, the Forerunner triology, Broken Circle, Last Light, etc
There's nothing wrong with Halo borrowing mechanics from other franchises as long as they don';t break Halo's core fundamentals, such as even starts, pickups, the golden triangle etc: People just hate change on princpal
Halo's weapon balance is fucking dogshit and the community, especially competitive encourages it by wanting autos to be bad guns for casuals instead of allowing them to be good and reward skill, even though every other FPS has skill based, accurate automatics
Bloom was an improvement over 3's shitty random spread. the DMR had issues where spamming was rewarded more then paced shots, but the solution was to increase the amount of spread per shot while making it dissipate faster, removing bloom just turned the DMR into the BR 2.0 and made it OP
I like Halo 5's movement mechanics, it evolves the gameplay while preserving even starts and the golden triangle and think it has the best physics, aiming, shooting, etc in the series, and some of the best MP
MC should be retired, his story should have ended in 3. The only time new media featuring MC should have happened is if it took place in the past
343i elites look good, their armor and animations are just bad and make them look bigger and more oaf-ish then their actual anatomy is, which is a pretty faithful update of CE/2 style proportions, moreso then H2A's elites
CE has the worst Bungie campaign, it's supper repetitive and tedious and has very little enemy and weapon variety on top of all of the copy pasted environments
Ok COD kid, I continue not accepting it as part of the main series.
>I did, it's called being consistent with your shit.
No, its called gameplay balance you fucking retard.
Have fun
The rest of us will be playing it and enjoying it
>I like Halo 5's movement mechanics
>Emile still wearing his edgelord colors
Literally all of this is art change that has happened with each new game and actually whining about being able to use new weapons.
Reach haters are retarded, i bet you somehow like the 343 trash to spite reach,
>Chief takes off helmet in the secret LASO ending
>It was Locke with a voice modulator pretending to be chief to distract Cortana
>"How You Like Me Now" starts playing
youtu.be
Yes yes, we know you're autistic, you've made that very clear.
What are your hopes for Halo Infinite?
*Blocks your path*
My controversial Yea Forums opinions on Halo.
I loved Halo: Combat Evolved.
I loved Halo 2's multiplayer, the campaign was a massive disappointment.
I loved Halo 3
I didn't bother playing ODST because I saw it as a worthless cash grab plus I had no interest in a non-mainline Halo game.
I hated Reach and wish I went with my gut feeling not to buy it.
I liked Halo 4's campaign, I hated Halo 4's multiplayer but I did feel 343 made it better by 2014.
I hated Halo 5's campaign but I liked the gameplay and some of the open spaces in levels for on-foot combat, campaign was a massive disappointment that surpassed Halo 2, I liked Halo 5's multiplayer.
I'm excited for Halo Infinite, I can't wait to see the game at E3 this year and I plan to buy it for the next Xbox along with Halo 5 to catch up to the story.
With each opinion you revealed yourself to be a 343i fag more and more.
If I had the fire effect for getting the collector's edition back in the day will I get it again since you are going to be using a Microsoft account?
Deep customization, no more thrustpack, bring back the first aid and balance the magnum because its op as fuck..
I must have had an IQ 200 convince my mom that Halo Reachs release day was the perfect day to have my wisdom teeth pulled.
I look forward to the mod that gives everyone green armor.
Trashcan game that ruined the series
>Literally all of this is art change that has happened with each new game and actually whining about being able to use new weapons.
Halo 1-3 felt like natural progression.
>i bet you somehow like the 343 trash to spite reach
In my eyes, they were an improvement over Reach.
The Gungnir helmet in reach is fantastic and is honestly one of my favorite helmets in the entire franchise
I agree. Reach was awesome
This
There's weird shit with him where he has two different models for when his knife is sheathed/unsheathed
beyond based
Halo 3's helmets were cool cause they were all so radically different, but Reach's were cool cause they looked like they were all part of the same series of development.
whats wrong? you dont rike me?
>Security will never look that good again
I've legitimately never heard an argument for why they inherently don't work in Halo's gameplay. 99% of people are just going I-IT'S CODSHIT or I-IT SLOWS DOWN THE GAME, neither of which are actually true. Not all of it is perfect, Spartan Charge is fucking busted and just rewards running around like an ADHD retard, etc but there's no reason the mechanics are inherently un-halo or are inherently a bad decision.
Like, for fucks sake, Halo 3's equipment broke the Golden Triangle, one of Halo's key design pillars, and also made it so that you had no idea what the players you were fighting against had in their pocket and could pull out of their ass. The fact that people defend equipment but shit on 5's mechanics absolutely fucking baffles me and just indicates to me that people don't actually care about Halo's underlying design goals.
I'd love to see an actual explanation as to why equipment is acceptable, or duel wielding is acceptable, or hijacking is acceptable, but 5's systems are not on principal. The closest reasoning i've ever seen to being valid is that those are all contextual while 5's abilities are innate, but I don't see why additional innate abilities are inherently breaking Halo's core formula if they don't disrupt even starts, the golden triangle, the emphasis on map control. To me it just seems like people trying to justify their existing hate for 5's mechanics rather then actually hating 5's mechanics BECAUSE of an underlying principal
I hate the majority of 343's decisions though, for every 1 good thing they do they do like 2 bad things.
Literally the only valid point you have here is is Brutes using armor abilities.
Why do you dislike 2's campaign user?
Halo 3 EVA, Reach HAZOP/Pilot, and whole 4 and 5 have way worse visual design, Deadeye and Locus. I'm really sad that every EVA helmet since 3 has looked progressively worse.
I never want them to balance the Magnum. In fact, I hope that the Magnum one day gets a moment like the Smart Gun from Titanfall 2.
>I've legitimately never heard an argument for why they inherently don't work in Halo's gameplay. 99% of people are just going I-IT'S CODSHIT or I-IT SLOWS DOWN THE GAME, neither of which are actually true. its not halo.
Commando, EOD and Mark VI will always be my favorites
Halo 5 actually has near-identical versions of almostall of the Reach helmets.
The only ones that are missing are, JFO, Hazop, and the default since their attempt at doing the default looks like shit. But the rest look good, pic related shows some of them
What is your opinion on Bonnie Ross fampai?
its too fast for the gunplay, guns dont do enough damage so the time to kill is all fucking wonky.
The thruster packs, the fly in air while aiming and the running keep that shit out of halo please
Reach was Peak Halo. Halo 3 was peak storyline/nostalgia, but Reach was the best online by far. The forge mode alone was worth the 60 dollars there is going to be so much variety in levels on PC you watch.
Also EOD is the best armor in Halo
No reason to think it won't. Splitscreen is being investigated. Crossplay might come later.
>no dual wielding
>peak
It's too bad that all have that shitty hexagon pattern on the visor except for pilot
Yeah, but you have to pay cash for them since they're not in req packs lmao
>reach was peak halo
Wrong, Halo 3 was peak. It had the most players, the balance was very good and the trilogy was concluded.
She isn't too bad, she saw her teams mistakes with Halo 4 and 5 and got rid of the problem child in the studio (Brian Reed) and now is putting focus on bringing back those iconic moments in the series with Infinite, she also put MCC on PC and had Halo 6 delayed for 5 years while convincing Microsoft to do the same for all their studios and give them unlimited time.
>Reach was Peak Halo
Fuck, it looks really good, too bad I never played it.
Oh come on, how often would a fucking power drain or bubble shield actually affect a fight in H3? They were useless.
>Reach
>peak
Reach kids need to be gassed.
Werent spartans II's skin supposed to be freakishly white?
>He never used a power drain to emp vehicles, using them to splatter unsuspecting enemies.
Big Team Battle was the absolute best.
You sure? I don't think i've ever bought a REQ pack with real money and I have Mark V delta, Pilot, and the EVA
and the actual main Noble sets. Jorge's looks sort of funky since it's not on a fuckhuge SII model, though
fuck forgot my file
carter's in particular looks great, a shame it's way in the back here
Why do Halo 4 and 5 spartans look like fucking plastic?
No, that's just chief because 1: he's a ginger 2: he never removes his armor or takes his helmet off because he's autistic or something.
Jun's also looking nice.
I hope they port it to PC, even if it's just to play the campaign.
smol Jorge looks funny.
Kelly too.
Why does Jorge look s damn old compared to Master Chief and Blue Team?
*so
it's the beard
5's campaign is shit, don't bother, and I say that as somebody who has 5's MP as their second favorite in the series
the second mission is really good, and there's 1 other pretty good one, but the rest is really, really, REALLY bland and poorly designed.
As bad as 4?
I absolutely hated that game and while we're at it promethean weapons are the worst thing that has happened to the series.
3 was the best fight me
its worse than Halo 4, its fucking awful but halo 4 is still trash.
Reminder that Reach had no plot
The obnoxious Locke push was probably the most aggravating things I've seen in a video game for a long time. I knew it was going to blow up in their faces because no one wanted to play Locke, 343i was already getting backlash for him way back in 2014.
Reach was the plot
I choose 4 to be retconned out of existence
Aaaaaaaaand dropped.
and the carter armor
Honestly if 343 went for this sort of aeshetic for armor in infinite i'd be cool with it, it's a nice balance of classic bungie and 343 style
Spartan IIIs are objectively better than spartan IIs in every way, only Kurt and Chief are demonstrably superior
I like the Infinity's design
the new jackals are fine since skirmishers set the precedent for subspecies
The Library is way more fun than Assault on the Control Room
it's all in the black undersuit
>splitscreen
i think u are a little too old to still be using this site
>basketball skin
NO!
The campaign is actually WORSE then 4's, and that's not even being hyperbolic.
Like, I get called a 343shill sometimes, but there's really no defending 5's campaign aside from 1 or 2 missions and a few other minor things (the squad system is a neat idea, the idle dialog is really well written, etc)
What's sad is locke could have been cool. His backstory is he used to be a black market assassin for hire that ONI picked up. He could have been this super cutthroat, asshole, pragmatist character that doesn't give a shit about breaking the rules and collatoral damage, instead hje's even more by the books and bland then MC is
Eh, the grey undersuit looks fine there, and in general just slapping a black undersuit on 343's armor would just make it worse, because it'd show how little the armorplating actually covers, the undersuit being colored makes it less obvious
Black undersuit + more armor coverage (and actually having a fucking crotch guard), and less hyper-detailed bits and pieces, with more just geometric amor plating is how you need to go
Fuck that, I just want to play with my bros.
He gave his life thinking he'd just saved his squad, we should all be so lucky.
yes
mp is good tho, but no local play so it's online only
>Spartan IIIs are objectively better than spartan IIs in every way, only Kurt and Chief are demonstrably superior
more or less true, since they were given a better version of the training chief and the others got and their roids are only slighly worse
>I like the Infinity's design
it's ok, but a downgrade compared with older ships
>the new jackals are fine since skirmishers set the precedent for subspecies
still a shit design
>The Library is way more fun than Assault on the Control Room
vehicles in CE aren't really that good, so i'd rather have 343 guilty spark
>Clearly holding Reach MA37's
>Uhhhhhh that's Halo 3?
Needs mandibles for maximum aesthetic
Forgot pic
>walking around the map and finding other dead spartans
I wouldn't mind the Halo 4 jackals so much if they just kept the Bungie design alongside them along with the skirmishers
>dino jackals get shields
>bird jackals are carbiners/snipers
>skirmishers are fast flankers
Operator reporting in
I ran operator until I could purchase Gungnir and then never looked back.
>Pay real money for a chance to get the worst rendition of the Mark V yet!
Everything 343 does is pretty much fanfic
>everything after reach
the shit one is Mark V alpha, aas seen in pic related, the delta there is fine
343 has done a lot of good books, actually
it's just a lot of the first few books they did sucked, but as of now their releases are like consistenty fall of reach tier or better
I really hope they stop with this goofy fucking cosplay tier armor for Infinite. Also superfluous LED strips fucking everywhere. Don't try and tell me that shit is the shield emitters, they were little pips here and there during the Bungie era.
>everything from Bungie between September 2009-2010.
Basically ignore Karen Traviss's kilo five trilogry crap and the rest of the books are really good
>t
>343 has done a lot of good books, actually
>forerunner lore
"No"
>hardened external sensor array-external
[thinking]
pretty much, yeah, though you still at least gotta read the first travis book for context for the other stuff
Firstly, the forerunner lore is great, fuck off faggot; if you disagree actually fucking verbalize your issues with it.
>inb4 MUH RETCONS even though the terminals and IRIS already established humans weren't litterally forerunners
Secondly, there's been like 10+ books since them
Greg Bear's Forerunner trilogy is legitimately one of the best in the series. Sorry you're still stuck on that whole Forerunners=humans lie
Whole level was great really loved how it forced six to reflect on Jorge's sacrifice which he held himself responsible for
What went wrong?
Come on now, those cutscenes with fireteam majestic weren't that bad.
If anything, replace Osiris with majestic for campaign missions and I would love new halo more than now.
This
And like, if the anons who shit on them actually said "even if the books themselves are good, I dislike the concept of ancient humans and I think it's a little far out there", then I'd be fine with that; and then there could be a meaingful disscusoion about what could havge been done instead, what the limits are on how far out the lore can go, etc
but to act like they "retcon" shit or are badly written is just delusion
Honestly, as good as reach's UNSC visual design is, it already sort of fucked the ODST's up
to be fair though, that's just supposed to be the MJOLNIR ODST set, actual current era 343i ODST armor looks like pic related, which is decent
>Karen Traviss
As a SW nerd, don't know how this woman keeps getting work'm so so sorry
>everything must go forward and nothing must be kept a mystery and therefore killing the mystique that is Halo
Halo 4 is what happened to the Alien franchise when Prometheus happened.
Kill yourself, you Bungie-loving cuck.
Well, how they dick suck anything Bungie made that came after Halo 3.
>Come on now, those cutscenes with fireteam majestic weren't that bad.
Did we play the same Halo 4 or what
>The entire beginning with Six reflecting on everything that's happened including Jorge's death
Today I will remind them
Humans = Forerunners
343i Lore = Trash
Guilty Spark literally calls you a forerunner at the end of Halo 3.
>Humans are the only race that could access Forerunner technology, enter Forerunner facilities without restraint and activate the Rings
>The portal to the Ark is located on fucking Earth
>The Prophets are aware of this but deliberately ignore the idea and even go as far as to genocide humanity because of it
>there are several instances throughout the trilogy that heavily connects Humans to being Forerunner
>penitent tangent (another Oracle) also calls you a reclaimer
>A couple throw away terminals make the insuation that you might be two different races
>343lets cling unto this to try and shit up the lore with their crap
>Spartan - me
>tank - Halo
>explosion - 343
Why do the bad kids love Reach so much? Is their strafe and map awareness so terrible that they have to rely on crutches like jetpack and armor lock to win?
Reach's EOD helmet is pretty gay. It looks fine but they took away the whole point which was the eyes.
>Come on now, those cutscenes with fireteam majestic weren't that bad.
All that lore 343 had to work with, all those books and stories in the EU and 343 couldn't even muster up a proper sequel.
They just had to ruin the artstyle, music, atmosphere and lore. Literally how? how did we end up here? one of the most interesting universes in science fiction shooters and they still couldn't think outside the box.
Because it was their first Halo game.
Spartan Ops as a whole was bad, no one wanted Spartan IIIs or IVs, Brian Reed can't write which is why he no longer hs a job, kill yourself.
youtube.com
Apparently, Halo: Reach was supposed to have a Scarab battle but it was on a fucking on-rails section if the game couldn't be any more disappointing than it already was to me, the game just keeps proving me wrong and is worse than what I thought before.
