Rhythm games generally do require decent vision. Imagine playing Osu without looking directly at the screen, using only your peripheral vision. Taikojiro would be hard to play as well since notes usually come tightly clumped. That goes for Stepmania/DDR too, unless you stick to lower difficulties. There are some exceptions like
The gameboy and 3DS Rhythm Heavens are also one-button games.

If you still have some vision left you could try some older videogames from the fourth-sixth gens of gaming. advances in resolution have made text and UI's in games a lot harder to read for people with reduced vision.
