The GTX 2080 has 10.1 TFlops. Youre seriously deluded if you think theyre going to match PC or do better than hardware.
XBX has 6 Tlops.
My estimate would probably be 8TFlops for next gen.

I don't care about the FLOPS, just don't put fucking underpowered CPUs in them again. This generation was so fucking bottlenecked by weak CPUs + 5400rpm stock drives, especially on PS4 which runs only a SATA2 interface.
