This game is legit cursed.
It runs very, very wonky, with an awful variable frame rate and minor visual glitches everywhere.The game looks like it is about to break and crash at any moment, but it just keeps chugging along somehow.

And sometimes, weird fucking shit happened, like weird "parallel worlds" where gold bars were silver.
I played this one quite a bit because it was the game that came with my Phantom System

All I know about it is it's about a "dream reality" that consists of shanty town in a flooded cavern inhabited by robots who's souls exist outside of their mechanical bodies as terribly deformed humans seemingly on life support.
You play a nameless robot who was fished out of the water and is sent to do a bunch of work around town, you eventually hear about how the world is dying because a robot serial killer named Yan derived pleasure by killing female robots who are the only beings who can create water which sustains the town. Yan also started killing the surviving souls of the robots as a kind of live performance at the towns theatre.

The guys that made dragon quest previously made a loli torture simulator, if that doesn't scream cursed, idk what does.
