Reviews are mixed. I LOVED Wooly World, but was hardly a fan of these games before that installment. Should I open it and play, or return it? The demo was kinda "meh" but reviewers say it gets better after a few levels. It is worth it right now?

Return it. I loved WW also but the reviews are kinda spot on. Game is way too kiddy. Music blows compared to WW amd the visuals dont look as sharp. Im passing on this until a major sale.

With the new egg mechanic where you toss the eggs in the background and foreground, no shit you'll automatically lay an egg or else it will come off awkward and clunky. It's not better, but it's not the worst.

Return it and buy it when it's cheap. I enjoyed the demo, but $60 is a bit much.

It's absolutely worth it for the art direction and charm alone. The gameplay is great, but the level design is even better. YWW was closer to YI than YCW is, but YCW innovates in entirely new ways and does an amazing job at that.

I appreciate everyone's concern that I'm gonna starve to death, but the situation is not THAT dire. Obviously I can make something happen, I live in a first world country where food is plentiful.
