Its probably the graphics of these games. Every time I look at them the mechs are cool but the environments are seriously lacking in details. Games just look very plain.

Yeah thats the thing with armored core or any older From game. Though AC4 literally involves you boosting 80% of the game so its hard to notice much during instances
