Why hasn't rockstar come out with a sequel yet? To me this is one of the best arcade racing series and these days we dont get them anymore. The last game i can think is need for speed payback but nfs went to shit. The customization and difficulty was perfect and I am just recently replaying midnight club la and i was thinking what happened to fun arcade racers? Its mostly simulator games that come out now like dirt, forza, or even gran turismo. Midnight club 3 dub edition and midnight club la are probably my 2 favourite racing games of all time. The soundtrack is also god tier in both midnight club games. Midnight club la is backwards compatible with online for xbone so im assuming that rockstar is working on a new one because they did the same for red dead redemption.

I remember this game used to reverse swear words in songs, and there was one song in particular that might as well have been played backwards in its entirety. What a weird thing to do.

That was the plane, but rockstar NY forced every Rockstar studio to work on RDR or get the boot
So Rockstar Sandiego started working on RDR
After RDR shipped they all got the boot ayway

i take it must've been more cost effective than asking for clean versions of the songs themselves

I also think the working conditions at rockstar san diego was terrible

I played through this entire game using only bikes because they were way more fun to drive than the cars.
