I am an idort, but I generally despise the Sony approach V.S. Nintendo's or Microsofts latest approach. I don't so much "war" as much as I get flamed by sony ponies for defending switch as a handheld or Microsoft finally supporting PC.

Nope, my first console was a SNES and at the time I wished I also had a Genesis so I could play those games as well, that idort mindset has never changed.

I am an idort with all of the consoles and handhelds plus a ridiculously overpowered tower of a PC and the latest iPhone for all of my portable retro JRPG port needs.
PC is best but I love them all, so I would say fuck the console wars.

But if the PS5 does have backwards compatibility for all of the previous PlayStations, then they will most likely win.
Bonus points if it actually has analogue video output (which is very unlikely).

Im an idort who mostly just shitposts for whoever is winning. But I was legitimately triggered that Vita was discontinued and that Bloodborne runs at like 30FPS max, so between every third party coming to PC, Every M$ game coming to PC, and Nintendo being the best handheld experience, I have gotten kinda spoiled and dissatisfied with sony as of late. As long as Death Stranding is good though I am happy.

I was a nintendo fag all throughout my childhood, and I never gave a shit about that. One of my best friends had a sega genesis with some kind of monthly service where he got different games every month (?), I'd spend the night over at his house and play that shit all night it was great. Looking back I've owned every nintendo system and playstation system and I don't even come from a rich family or anything. Also have a gaming PC. Makes me think all the console war shitters are poorfag third world trash.
