I highly doubt that a fighting game is 30fps on console and 60 on PC. Do you have any clue what that would do to the game? It would be functionally 2 different games. EVO would have to host 2 separate tournaments for 30fps and 60fps OR everyone would just play 30fps and NRS players are retarded.
