Not even a damn fan translation despite many old games from that time still got translated. The SW series has been stuck in translated script read along for over 20 years.

It says it's Taisho 29, twelve years after Sakura Taisen V. There was no Taisho 29 in this dimension (it went from Taisho 15 to Showa 1 in 1926), so I'm guessing they all retired or mysteriously disappeared or went back to their home planets or something.
