>All those times you'd ask me if we'd find a home... All I could ever tell you was "we'll see". And your face would fall every single time... That's what I told myself. But you want to know something I didn't tell you? I never had a plan. I never knew where we were going. I never knew anything. I just fought and fought and fought, and hoped you didn't notice. Hoped we'd find something before you did. >Did I do a good job?
>getting the player to basically give THEMSELVES an answer I can't imagine why anyone would chose anything but the option with the highest praise in it unless they had the worst possible self-esteem ever.
I chose not to trust A.J in the final moment. I guess Violet died because of that. Great ending anyway.
Xavier Morales
What does she say to the other options/remaining silent? That last one seems like it's the cruelest option, hinting at enstrangement between Clem and AJ over him becoming a killer and enjoying it despite Clem's wishes.
Gavin Brooks
Yeah. If you trust AJ in the cave then he shoots Tenn and that saves Vi/Louis on the bridge
>Great ending anyway Absolutely
John Thompson
I mean kind of happy. She's got a stump leg. If there were ever a raid/zombies galore she'd probably die. Maybe when AJ gets older and stronger he could pick her up and carry her places. On my run James and Tenn died, I didn't get revenge on Lilly, and I friend-zoned Louis. What about you bros?
Colton Bennett
Did anyone else almost cry during the Lee moment/barn with Clem+AJ where it seemed like they were recreating the end of S1?
Julian Diaz
I think James has to die eventually, i asked AJ to kill the bitch and Louis, well i guess he'll get a chance now that Vi is dead. Fucking Tenn.
Blake Kelly
Yeah... almost... haha... I cried for real, mate
She has her knee still so if they can outfit her with some type of prosthetic then her mobility wouldn't be that hampered.
>What about you bros? I had AJ shoot Lilly James ran off in the cave after his hissy fit so I hope he's dead I romanced Vi Tenn died on the bridge
Daniel Hughes
Yeah, because I thought she was going to actually die. It seemed like the Telltale way of doing things.
I totally lost it though when I heard "Whatcha doin' there, goofball?"
Bentley Carter
That's true about the prosthetic, I even did the option where AJ says he'll build one. How's the romance with Vi play out? I think my Clem would've been happier if I made her have a love interest but oh well. Apparently only 2% of players made Louis feel humbled at the end of the game so I felt like I took a unique path.
Oh, and uhh...
not gonna lie I cried at both parts pretty heavily
Did you guys finish the game on steam or did you have to buy it on EGS? Didn't cry but it was indeniably emotional
Jaxson Jackson
>Get bitten by a Zom - I mean Walker in the leg. >Time goes by. >Start to slowly die. Skin gets pale, eyes losing their white color. >Get that bitten leg cut off. >All better.
Why aren't any of you complaining about this shitty writing? You mean to tell be the virus just stops flowing through your body after that?
Jason Diaz
I pre-ordered every single season starting with 2 and I´m glad I did. Not planning to use EGS, ever.
I played on Xbox One but if you bought the season on Steam/Gog before Telltale folded then you still got episodes 3 and 4 on that platform. They didn't make you rebuy it.
The romance with Violet was incredibly sweet. They seemed so happy together. You should try it on another playthrough or watch some scenes on Youtube imo.
>spoiler Same. I spent pretty much the entire span from when she was bit to the end of the game in tears.
Aaron Lopez
It was maybe 4 hours? She got bit at night and maybe around 6 AM they got locked in the barn? Didn't Lee have his arm infected for at least a day, so when he chopped it off it was kinda redundant because he passed out like 3 times from the infection spreading in him?
>id anyone else almost cry No. It was crapply pulled off and it just made me angry because of how annoying it was that they'd think of just pulling of that shit from the first season again, pretty much an exact copycat of it.
Benjamin Morgan
>we will never see our little girl again it hurts. but just knowing she is safe and alive is enough.
Same to be honest. I thought she was dead for sure. When you first get the prompt for Clem to say "Kill me" or "Leave me" I actually thought it was really sweet that AJ just wanted to die with her. Made me think of that zombie couple, and when AJ brings it up the couple in the barn I cried so hard
Zachary Perez
After I saw Lee I knew they'd pull a re-do of S1
William Johnson
>Not planning to use EGS, ever. Feels good reading that, user
Everyone gives Tenn shit for becoming deadweight at the last minute, but I think regardless of your choice he was still great. He was the heart of the group for the first three episodes, but he still has a good sendoff regardless of choice
If Tenn dies, you have the option of offing his walker in the Epilogue, he has a grave at the school and you learn from Louis or Vi that Mitch and the Bridge wasn’t the only time he “messed up”.
If Tenn lives, he meets AJ in the epilogue and brings him Clem’s hat. He also has a drawing for Louis/Violet’s grave.
So Yea Forums likes TWD again? The final season was a lot better than the kinda disappointing second season, the shitty Michonne spin-off everyone forgot about and the equally forgettable (third?) season (I honestly forgot that one's name=
To be fair, she seems very happy to be alive. Even if she's just prolonged her life for a few months, I'm sure she's happy she gets to spend more time with AJ and her friends
Liam Thompson
Honestly my tier list would be 1>4>2>3 and pretend that all the other stuff like 400 days and Michonne never happened
>giving a shit about the franchise's dumb inconsistent pathogen The more important question is how the fuck is Clem not dead from shock, exsanguination or sepsis after such a crude amputation? Nothing adequately explains how she survived without it being a total cop out.
Most things in TWD I'll let slide but how the fuck did she lure the zombies to the bridge and hide among the zombies without them biting her then after the whole confrontation is done THEN the zombies want her? I don't get it.
Noah Howard
The CHAD Victory Violet
The Virgin Gabe
Colton Martin
>The Virgin Gabe Holy shit I forgot all about that cringe master
Jacob Richardson
>make one really good set of episodes one single time >become the biggest name in storytelling vidya of the decade >every single attempt afterward aside from one good episode and one good game fails miserably
It really went to their head.
Brandon Harris
I guess because Clem spilled fresh blood?
Brody Murphy
I played through the entire series killing as many people as humanly possible, if you're not being malicious, the games pretty tedious to get through
Nathan Watson
I mean, I guess... I was thinking that but that just seems like bullshit. Like wouldn't her face be bleeding heavily? Or some shit, idk. But yeah it is video games so whatever
Michael Cooper
Damn fucking straight you did
Evan Kelly
I trusted him because he went on about he said killing is serious shit and that he doesn't enjoy it but realizes that with how shit is, you gotta take out mother fuckers who try to hurt the ones you love and want to protect
Kid earned a pass there. If you are an asshole throughout the season does he say different shit here?
It's because The Walking Dead's "rules" are never consistently enforced and zombies just act however which way the writers want them to.
Hudson Reed
I was kinda thinking that, it's a bit hypocritical she spends the whole season trying to teach him to not kill when she's killed probably like 40+ people by the time she's 16
Joshua James
Sometimes it's easy to forget that she's experienced an entire lifetime in 16 years
