you have to think of these things from the developer's perspective

the game needs to make money, and generic hero shit sells more than anything else on the market, thats why we got that forced "dragonborn" shit in skyrim

so you make games to appeal to them, the largest demographic, as you stand to make the most money that way, this means we will NEVER get an argonian or khajit setting, period. just forget about that possibility, youll only become disappointed
