enemies aren't that sponge like this time around also artifacts aren't in the game yet. you also dont need to defeat all the enemies to get into the teleporter you just need to beat the boss and stand near it until its at 100%

You've shown yourself to know nothing about the game. Risk of Rain uses constructed levels, they aren't randomly generated. The things that are randomized are the items you get and the bosses you fight, And which levels you're sent to.
