There are plenty of exercises you can do to start getting in shape that dont require any equipment, try doing that until you feel comfortable enough to go to gym

Don't hog the weights/machines and don't drop the weights. Nobody will bug you except the occasional person that will give you pointers.

Too annoying to grind. Can't really power-through for 30-40 hours at a time. Gotta spend a lot of time eating and sleeping and shit. Dull.

People hardly ever work out for others, you do it for yourself

Don't worry about the pain. What you are experiencing is delayed onset muscles soreness. It will disappear in a week and you won't get it again unless you stop working out for an extended amount of time.

If you can't workout because the pain is too much, don't fret missing the workout. Pick up on your next workout day.

I'm a fit-fat why not go to the gym? Get on an elliptical and check out all kinda hot women in tights, and level up to boot. Put your favorite music/podcast on and oogle away while leveling up.

I do Civilization Workout. I play with the max amount of players and variables on a toaster, and do push-ups/sit-ups while I wait for my turn. I am quite fit.

Costs like $2-3,000 to get yourself some weights and a power cage to make a home gym that lets you do pretty much anything you want safely. which is what I did
There's literally no excuse not to be fit.
