AGL is speed. Dex is STR + SKILL.

In 90% of multiplayer games being good at interacting in real life is often more than enough to cover a low in game CHA stat. You can usually shortcut or trivialize NPC interactions and shops entirely with help of other IRL people.

Speed is only useful if Air Dashing is a mechanic. If you can go in, hit and get out in an instant then speed is better 10 times out of 5. But if it takes a moment to get out of there then fuck it. Strength all the way.

I'll play anything in the Dark Souls games, but I think Str takes the most skill and is the most rewarding. Some bosses are so quick that getting in one slow hit is a big challenge. It's also less safe.
