Pushing with this is hella unreliable

Because an airburst rocket launcher that doubles as a mine layer is generally better to have than a dedicated mine layer.
I do see people use it every now and then though.

The most common mistake of your average TF2 player is overextension. This sticky launcher punishes overextension more than the others.

Do blizzard even release active player counts for overwatch? There are 45000 people playing TF2 right now.

The delayed detonation time messes up the timing of the trigger.
Plus the fact that you have to look at them to detonate them kinda sucks. If you could detonate all of them by double right clicking or something it would be better.

I do, I've actually generated more salt using it as a trapper weapon than just spamming with the stock

I use it for spawncamping multiple exits

honestly valve should have just went crazy and made the arm time like +2 seconds, but increased the damage by 25~%.

That would make the weapon worse, not better.

Forcing the Demonstration Man to look toward the bombs makes it an unreliable weapon. Quickiebomb is a better weapon.

The stock sticky is better for run and gun, the SR kinda forces you to play a more campy laid back playstyle, which can get boring

I usually just go full gibus+pyrovision and equip the Diamondback, Kunai, and DR.
Free salt for days.
Or just play full stock Spy normally and still get salt because everyone gets assblasted when a Spy kills them

I go stock except for the L'etranger. Having so much more cloak on the default watch is a good trade-off for damage, especially since the default Revolver has the worst spray I've ever seen.

Quickiebomb is a crutch until you learn to stock stickybomb. I'd like to say that if valve gave stock pipe launcher a more consistent trajectory, I'd start using stock over it since the only time I switched to stock from iron bomber, my aim was fucked for a while.

This is why I like to use it, in a weird way it feels like playing the TFC Demoman again. You spend a lot of time hanging out with the Heavy and Engineer, just like the good old days.
