There's two of him. First is in the Ashina Dojo before Genichiro, second in in the hidden room below Isshin's in the third act.

I just walked in and parried him twice and instakilled him, he was barely a blip on my radar.

because he's an all or nothing boss, which is what unarmoured katana dueling is all about. you either get rekt by him or you parry his incredibly fast attack and he's finished.

Seven Spears was really kino for me. Ashina Elite was pretty badass too, but the moves are so quick the fight is over before you even know what the fuck just happened, whereas with Seven Spears the tension and mikiri counters pile up to the point your heart is just racing by the end when you get the final deathblow.

5 times I died to him then I died twice to Genichiro, gave up and roamed the lands and now I think I'm in blighttown.
