KH is an action RPG. The other two are not RPG's at all.

Dark Souls and Kingdom Hearts

This

All of them.

KH and Dark Souls

None of them, though they take influence from the genre and incorporate many of its traditional mechanics.

pretty much this, but JRPG is very broad term unlike WRPG so you will often see them considered JRPGs anyway

The first two. Yakuza barely has RPG elements. It's less of an RPG than Far Cry.

They're all action games with "RPG elements". If they're RPGs then so is UFC 3.

dark souls is inarguably a jrpg

How? It has none of the aspects associated with the genre except stat numbers and growth.

Yakuza

kino hearts and technically dark souls. i have no idea why some people try to count yakuza as a jrpg, though.

>none of the aspects
>made in Japan

>J
>genre

it's an RPG, from japan

Dark Souls is more of an RPG than Kingdom Hearts. Calling KH an RPG at all is a massive stretch.

None of them , but dark souls gets the closest to being one

this but I wouldn't call you wrong if you said all of them either

>classes
>stats
>leveling
>character creation
>status effects
wtf even is an rpg then?
And yes, I know that technically normieshit 3rd person stealth action games can have those elements as well.

how would you define the term?

also gear
