Central business districts in a cyberpunk shouldn't really be bright because of megastructures and layers upon layers of other structures literally blocking out sunlight. If it's just a normal city which the skyscrapers we have today, then it's literally GTA V except with more hackers, that's not cyberpunk you fucking idiot.
