Is there a Sonic fan autistic enough to defeat him?

At least I didnt dressed myself as Sailor Mercury

I'm not a child who seeks validation through others.

his videos all suck except the nuzlockes

just look at the recent grumps clusterfuck of a playthrough, the game is atrocious

Good, his reviews were kinda shit. His gameplay videos/streams are far better

His video praised Sonic Adventure 2. I don't get this autism that speaks of the video as this blasphemous thing that unrelentingly trashed game from all angles or something.

>people think that only SA1 through DX ports got worse with time
>they dont know Battle suffers the same which gets worse every new port

In Johnny's last twitch stream it was a fine example of that which was full of weird shit going on Final Rush.

I've never watched his videos, but I watch Madness on the Normal Boots channel. He's really annoying and snide on there. Is he that unlikable in his own videos, or does he just get like that when he's trying to argue a point?

Does it? I could have sworn for years people were saying the HD ports were one to one with gamecube, barring the added widescreen and upped texture quality.

>He doesn't dress up like his waifu

People either like a video game or they don't. No one has to prove anything to validate what they think is fun.

He's likable on his own channels

Tails stages are ok, clunky movement isn't really a determent but I can see why people would be annoyed by it
Knuckles stages are actually pretty fun if you don't care about your score and got gud

I hate this video, not because he doesn't like Sonic Adventure 2, but because it feels like he doesn't really even understand what actually is flawed about Sonic Adventure 2.

He doesn't even say he didn't liked it
He just says that one playstyle only is actually good

Adventure 1 is literally better than Adventure 2. I don’t understand how anyone can think otherwise, SA1 is oozing with pure soul.

Even Battle wasnt 1:1 with the Dreamcast version, it had issues like on grinding that got slightly worse. With the HD ports more fuckery can happen and the grinding is much worse than it should
Sometimes inputs will read late for some retard reason which will mess up some plaforming in tight places. There is also more issues with colision detection in the HD versions. This is why I said Johnny's since it shows how bad things can be, there are clips of that on his twitch
Oh, and the lighting is fucked up compared to the Dreamcast version. And the sound effects are messed up, like, extremely loud and sometimes you can hear some background noise from the stage that shouldnt never be that loud

youtu.be/c4FKlu-K_m4
*blocks your path*

And that one playstyle probably has one of the most unreliable controls in the game.

>my gamecube copy of the game would randomly register one a press as two, which would often result in a homing attack into the nearest bottomless pit
>only ever happened with this game, so it wasn't an issue with the controller
>i've never seen anyone else complain about this

so was my copy of the game cursed or what

Attached: buggin.gif (320x480, 984K)

That's a controller thing. I've played SA2 for like 3000 hours. That's definitely not a thing

No, that happens in every version, like in stages like Sky Rail. Dreamcast is very rare to happen as the original Battle for the GC.
There is also that problem of the game reading somersault instead of light speed dash. Or bouncing down into a pit because the game didnt want to read light speed dash

Well shit, guess I better order a copy for my dreamcast to see for myself. Looks like the fandom's gonna need to rally up again to make a restoration mod like SA1.

I really don't think that's a common thing though

wtf happened???

Attached: loooo.png (1230x540, 1.05M)

SA1 had much better gameplay for the treasure hunting and mech stages. It’s baffeling how much worse they are in SA2.

So is the main channel abandoned in favor of easy LP money? I haven't found anything on Twitter and I am sure as fuck not gonna look though the vods.
He got older and moved?

It's surprising there isn't one yet, SA2B doesn't have the reputation of SADX but it was just as much of an afterthought rush-out port, they just got lucky in not having as many glitches. It's bound to be made eventually knowing the fandom.

Meanwhile, based Destin is living it up in California working for IGN. Is he the most successful ex screw attack employee? Not even Craig seems to be doing all that well.

Adventurefags in general are a weird, inscrutable, spoiled bunch of creeps and furries.
Case in fucking point. you owe me for pain and suffering user. I shouldn't have to live with this shit in my memory.

I remember when he left screwattack.
He said he was leaving to work for some little video game company didn't he?

Who knows?
Maybe Jose and Corey are doing better.

I did, and I do every thread you repeat this shitty bait threafd OP

I thought it was knows from day 1 that he is going to IGN.

I kind of think he had some disdain for the place looking back. He didn't seem to like the sketches they'd have and wanted something more professional.

If you are going to play Sonic adventure, please either:
>Play/Emulate the originals on Dreamcast
>Play/Emulate the GameCube versions
>Play PC version with special fan patches if you feel brave
The PC versions are pretty bad because they are so damn glitchy. The GameCube versions have some extra glitches too but they are mostly pretty stable.
The big problem is that the newer releases are kind of broken because its a port of a port of a port of a port etc.

>not counting any of the canons core sections

I remember when Chad and Craig were buff as fuck. Now looking at both Ben and Chad I only have one question - what happened? Did Deathbattle just sucked them dry?

>ProJared
>gives MGRR 4/10 because he never learned how to parry and thought the game is broken

He went full Polygon and never apologized for fucking up soo badly.

I watched the video where he announced he was leaving and I'm about 75 percent positive he didn't say he was leaving for IGN.
He said something about wanting to work for a independent developer because small developers and indie games are what guided him to get into wanting to make a career centered around video games or some shit.

>Gave BioShock infinite a 10/10
Yikes!

There are many diferences between Dreamcast and Battle, like the lighting, some layouts, posters in City Escape, ring and points to rank stuff, the chao gardens where you could drown Tails in Hero Garden because the poll was higher and that cave in Hell Garden(there is a mod for this).
For example, you cannot see shit in DC's version of Lost Colony because the idea of the stage was the colony being shut down. Some will prefer the Battle/HD versions since you can see though

SA1 had a better hunting radar, but the levels and the gameplay(especially Knuckles) are better in SA2 despite shit like Mad Space.
Gamma did felt better and it was a shame he didnt had more levels thought for him except for the final one. But Eggman was still fun in SA2, shame it didnt had MODE CHANGE

what is Yea Forums's obsession with e-celebs?

What is your obsession with pointing out other peoples obsession with e-celebs?

Yea Forums is full of underage mobileposters who watch streams because their parents can't afford a console or PC after buying them an iPhone.

they have to get their opinions from somewhere

>Final Rush C-
>he doesnt know how to grind and change rails
>how to jump on rails to get capsules
>how to get momentum on those vertical rails to skip most shit to get more trick points

And fuck you, Crazy Gadget even on hard is better than Route numbers

This is no longer crazy

Attached: sin.jpg (1245x705, 137K)

I can accept people thibnking I'm rating final rush too low, but Crazy Gadget is legit fucking awful

The route levels are, in their default mission, boring at worst, while Crazy Gadget is legitimately frustrating

oh boy another white dude who stands in front of his virginal wall of plastic gamin channel. very exciting! what top 10 lists will he provide for me today?

>you now remember that Craig played professional slamball

Crazy Gadget is that kind of Sonic level (like Metropolis) when you get good you will look back and laugh how you were fucking up.
But yeah, at first it is frustrating and I know some will hate any level with gravity gimmick because they cant handle it.

>projared

Jupiterfags win again I see

True happiness in one webm

m8, I have like 2000 hours in SA2, the game's just too jank to reliably do stuff with the gravity mechanic.

Same reason Mad Space and Final Chase are really flawed

>Still hasn't proven his video wrong
Bruh.
youtube.com/watch?v=6BrN4ABIJKQ

Why can't anyone just acknowledge a game as bad/outdated but still say they personally like it regardless of its flaws?

If we can predict human behavior by learning it's causes, we can control what people do by only exposing them to certain stimuli (if we assume the stimuli is the cause of action in humans). The potential for personal gain would be limited only on how many wageslaves you have, unable to break the cycle of oppression forced on them by the news that surrounds them daily

Who wouldn't be obsessed with completely controlling the actions of others?

Attached: 28275841.png (400x261, 208K)

I have many hours in fighters and I am mediocre as hell, mostly because I never bothered to learn the mechanics in detail and still fuck up inputs. So yeah, many hours dont mean much if we fuck up

That said, in Final Rush that vertical rail section you can homing attack/spindash at them/lightspeed dash in some and get enough speed to jump high enough which allows Sonic to reach higher areas, or capsules or that golden robot. When grinding you can jump by not touching the analog stick which can be another way of changing rails

Crazy Gadget if you get disoriented when gravity happens, there is nothing to do. Otherwise you can take advantage of floating a bit higher after homing attack an enemy which helps in the Hard mission. You can also spindash and jump high to skip some sections(with those green death pits), or super bounce walls when you are used to. You can get points for going very fast and destroy chaos things(like in that area with a bottomless pit where you grind down before changing the gravity). I also like to bounce on this stage to get easy points, like if you homing attack one enemy you can keep bouncing, homing attack/bounce on them, keep bouncing which will keep the points until you stop the bounce, you can get Radical or Cool points pretty easy here

Mad Space sure, that one has a planet that has such a fucked up gravity that getting the one emerald there in the Hard is a pain in the ass. Stage is too huge to find emeralds fast
