Only decent at FPS games only

Why even play games at this point?

I'm the same way. I'm trying to expand my horizons but I just suck at everything else. Maybe I'll try a racing game.

I wish I was good at FPS games, can't aim or track for shit.

Sounds like you enjoy winning more than video games.

I've been trying to get ok at rhythm games. Last year I played OSU and got to top 200,000 before quitting for Beatsaber because I can actually get exercise from that game.

Honestly, yeah. I play a lot of Titanfall 2 because I can solo carry really well I'm that game and in that game alone. I need to learn that losing is ok in games if I want to enjoy them more.

You could probably beat my ass in any other type of game

Wouldn't matter, it's like beating a fish in a parkour race.

Fair enough

What did you do anyway to get better, just experience? I've tried programs that help you practice to aim better but I still can't do it.

I wish I could enjoy FPS games.

I just have thousands of hours throughout many different somewhat competitive fps games. Stuff like COD, TF2 (Both of them), and Rainbow Six. There are also other single player FPS games that help like Fallout 4 and Metro. If you want a quick tip, make sure that one sweep of your mousepad is 360 degrees in every game you play. This makes it so that you aim with your arm instead of your wrist thus you're more accurate. I've only just started using this technique and I have noticed a notable improvement.

This, losing feels fucking shitty because of the fact that you have the burden and pressure of being on a team weighing on your shoulders. It's even worse if you're in a voice chat with these people.

I haven't even tried the multiplayer ones.
I've barely ever played multiplayer games, and never used voice chat.

Try playing TF2 begginer servers.

Thanks, I've played Stalker and Borderlands and Metro and I do fine, but I just fall apart in multiplayer games.

This is exactly why I've stopped playing Rainbow Six. Since all of my buddies have stopped playing it my only other option is to play it with randos and at that point I would rather just play a different game.

>tfw will be a latefag
Better late than never I guess, will it even matter?

Even more beginner, play Phantom Forces on Roblox. I know Roblox is a huge meme but the only other players in that game are 8 year olds and the super rare no-lifer level 200 that stomps no matter what.

Mechanical skill is more expressed at higher skill levels. A majority of the time, skill in csgo and other multiplayer games is reaction time and map knowledge. A lot of cs:go is prefiring common spots and having the intuition of knowing where players will be at what times. Sometimes it's luck, sometimes it's experience that comes along with playing the same map over and over for years.

What multiplayer games have you tried playing?

How?FPS are one if not the hardest games requiring talent like insane reaction times and hand-eye coordination.
I dont believe you

Whatever's free, except for Rainbow Six I guess.

game is pretty fun to pubstomp on

I mean thanks for the compliment? Thing is, if it's a multiplayer games where aiming is not the main focus of the game I usually eat shit.

Yeah Rainbow Six is a bitch even for me

Should I be ashamed to be level 114 in that game?
