Announce that we're coming up with a Legacy of Kain modern reboot. The characters are going to be modernized. Kain is now and angry bearded dad. Raziel is now his legitimate teenager son from Uma, and he smokes and swears a lot. Ariel is a strong female character who doesn't need no scion to restore the balance, Elder God isn't actually a villain he's just trying to save the Hilden race by transporting them to Nosgoth, so Raziel has to learn that just because they're hell-bent on annihilation of vampires he shouldn't prejudge them. Of course, the dialogues will be modernized and contain young adult audience lingo and memes.
There's gonna be a much heavier focus on combat, taking inspiration from Batman games, puzzles are going to be simplified so as to not alienate the modern audience, and there's gonna be a multiplayer with lootboxes that drop new dark gifts for your character.
Also, the ownership right were bought by EA, so now all the parts are only available on Origins.
