I'm a PAC-MAN main and I feel he does not need any buffs whatsoever. All I can think of is that he should be allowed to drop through platforms while charging fruit.
He's damn near perfect in this game IMO. Plays well, he's a demon if used correctly, and he's not top-tier enough to piss people off and demand nerfs.
Also put Bayo in "Buff", she's seriously trash now.
