I've been using it for a few games and it's fine. It lacks pretty much all of the features of Steam besides actually buying and launching games, but I realized that I actually never used Steam for any of those things anyway and haven't missed them on Epic.

I only work out every other day other than accessory stuff considering of a basic ab routine, hip thrusts and 20 minutes of daily biking. There's no way that stuff alone is burning enough calories, I just don't get it.

I'm 5'11 and when I started working out I was 140lbs. I was a bit on the underweight side. I've managed to put on a tiny bit of weight but it's been hard eating so much.

I'm 5'8" and went from like 240 to 180 in a little over a year. Quite muscular and lift few times a week. I'm struggling to lower my body fat percentage - somewhere around 18/20% currently - and have a fucked up body (loose/stretch marked skin). Trust me bro, I empathize with how annoying it might be for you, but be grateful you naturally gravitate towards the other end of the spectrum.

Being fit fat is better than the other extreme of fitness. Bodybuilders have zero stamina, even athletes need fat.

Check how many calories are burned by exercise, then check how many calories the avg person lives on. (TDEE). you'll find that you can jog for 2 hours a day and EASILY eat the calories burned in that run with a few unhealthy snacks.

It's just been difficult because I'm constantly eating so much that I feel sickly full most of the time and some days when I hop on the scale, I find that I've somehow lost weight despite pet meticulously tracking my calorie intake. I'm considering even bumping it up over 3k calories but it's already hard enough cramming that much food in and 3k already just feels like a really high amount for what I've read my TDEE should be, it makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong. I personally don't like pasta and the like, for the most part I try to skip carb heavy stuff which I realize is likely part of my issue. I do sometimes supplement some of my calories with straight spoonfuls of peanut butter because of how calorie dense it is, but my throat always regrets it. I've considered mass gainers but they're rather expensive. An example of how I eat just to put it in perspective, I just had breakfast consisting of 1 cup brown rice, 8oz canned chicken breast, 2 cups of milk, 1 cup bran flakes, 2 scoops of protein powder and I already feel really full for just breakfast and I'm only at like 1k calories.

I went from a near 300 pound wheezing fatass to a much more manageable 190 in a little less than 2 years. If you work the right construction jobs you'll lose it even faster and get fucking swole in the process if you're eating your proteins.

After that it's just a matter of managing yourself and making baby steps to get yourself down even further if you want.

I kind of regret not going to a gym. I've got a home gym setup and while it's nice to be able to work out in my underwear, I would probably benefit from other people to ask for advice, spot me, ask about my form, etc. I have one other roommate that uses it to work out but he's a skinny twig that can hardly deadlift 100lbs.

Yeah, if you've got a job, get a gym membership or see if they have some trials around and go from there. That's probably the best thing you can do. The trainers there will help you find your limits, a healthy regime, and how much you should be lifting, doing, and eating. Take pics of your equipment and show it to them.

I'm a broke NEET so sadly that's not an option for me. Gyms seem like they're a nice, friendly atmosphere as long as you're genuinely trying to improve, I'm a bit jealous of people that go to them.
