Because that is how it has always been. FG stories were always just a small scene at the end of arcade mode. Especially as casts grew very few people were completing all endings, half the time they end up not being canon or worse half canon so your have to figure what even happened in a few years when the next game was out. If they even get into the next one. Then 95% of the cast turns out to be irrelevant to the main story and have no real plot progression for decades.

As far as fightimg games go, sure. I do like it. It's pretty intricate and decently fleshed out. In the grand scheme of things it's got shounen manga type tropes up the wazoo and borrowed a ton of elements from other forms of media, the first arc is basically a retelling of an old jap myth. Although all the fault doesn't lie with it as fighting games themselves aren't exactly the best way to tell a story, there's bound to be gaps which an attempt is made to fill with supplementary material.

Its more fun than SFV. Basically its a very loose feeling fighting game, but the whole focus is on fundamentals. Footsies, keep out vs rush down, and maybe freestyling three supers into a combo.
I wouldn't recommend it at this point unless it was on sale though. Also, Terry is 5 dollars dlc

Loli is mostly based on body type. Hence how you get the 1000 or several hundred year old loli, or stuff like lolibaba. There will be those who are more strict or hardcore about it that will say that it's based off of both body type and age. Loli is basically a little girl. Think young bat, snail, or doll from the monogatari series or for a more recent example the girls in WataTen. Now, does Kula look like a little girl? There's even been people who have used loli to refer to Athena, whether you like her or hate her, it ain't correct. Kula may act like a tard, but physically she's too developed to fit the category.
If not careful you get stuff like the idiot who was arguing about cuck earlier, or literally not only meaning literally anymore, but figuratively as well. Waifu has a meaning too that isn't just an anime girl or female character.
