She was basically a forced character the creators had that replaced the former female co-protagonist, and was the second main protagonist of Yo-kai Watch 3. She's an incredibly eccentric and hyper-active otaku character, and whenever she makes mistakes or gets in trouble, her pal Usapyon is usually the one that receives the punishment. I've heard that she's far more annoying in the anime compared to the game, but Japan really doesn't like otaku characters I think, and forcing a young girl on a show aimed for young boys probably didn't help.

There is no joke. It's just an amusing little subversion. You see the name "Sneed's Feed and Seed" and think that the business was named as such because it rhymed with the owner's name, but then you see it actually used to belong to Chuck, so the fact that it was later acquired by Sneed is merely a coincidence.
Alternatively, you could think the joke is that under the former owner Chuck, the original name of the business was "Chuck's Fuck and Suck" to fit the rhyme scheme. This makes little sense, as Sneed would have had to change everything about the store's inventory, marketing, and management. There would be little purpose in buying out Chuck in the first place as their two businesses would not be in direct competition, and such an enormous overhaul would negate both brand recognition and any possible cost efficiency.

See, where characters like Jar Jar Binks and Shadow were always dumb poochie characters from the get go, Krystal was actually once intended to be something: she was supposed to be the co-protagonist of Dinosaur Planet along with Sabre.

At the end of the day it still would've been a mediocre 3D Zelda clone, it's not like Dinosaur Planet would've gone on to be a booming franchise under Microsoft. She'd be remembered as an obscure one-off waifu.
