I've always wanted Social Links to not have some impact on the story or at least on interactions with other characters. It's always weird to be dating every female friend you have, a doctor and your teacher, and have none of them acknowledge it. I'd also like to be able to bring friends along on some of the side activities, like taking Yusuke to get a burger, or working out at the gym with Makoto. Turning the video games into full mini games would also be nice.
