Ventus has the old world connection that the next chapter will probably revolve around this almost assures he will be the playable protag for at least one game. And wherever Ventus go Terra and Aqua will be around to help him, and these two will probably be dealing with PTSD/self-worth issues after getting accosted in the dark seeker saga so hard.

Anti-Aqua looks pretty cool but was anyone else disappointed this part of the story? Master Riku just floundered uselessly for almost the entire game and didn't get to return the favor of helping Aqua like she helped him. Too much focus was given to Sora. I get its intentionally played out as a parallel to kh1 for the nostalgia points but this is meant to be a game to conclude so many personal story arcs with characters we used to actually PLAY as.

Anyone sane was, yes. Aqua simply having the dark beat out of her was a copout. They shouldn't have had any way to purify her because the darkness was so entrenched in her after her dip in the Heartless cum lake, all they can do is remind her that Ven is still asleep and Terra is still under Xehanort's control that reminds her who the real enemy is and she turns her new dark powers on him. Maybe in an act of self sacrifice she tries to absorb all the darkness out of Terra since she believes herself a lowly denizen of the dark now and this is the last thing she can do to try and save him but Ven jumps between them and ends up absorbing both their darkness and becoming a whole person again.

Tai Yasue is the successor to Kingdom Hearts once Nomura leaves Square right? Because judging by some of the recent interviews he's been doing, I don't think the series is in good hands. It seems like he wants the series to be more casual. It seems like he some influence of KH 3 because it was way too fucking easy and was missing some things that made KH 1 and KH 2 outstanding.

I have the suspicion that the rest of Twilight Town is being saved for the dlc they have planned. The free and paid dlc we get will be 3’s version of FM. I was a bit disappointed by Twilight Town being small in 3 but most of the map in 2 didn’t serve much purpose after the prologue to be honest. I’d rather get an expanded Scala first since it’s clear it was meant for more. I absolutely loved the Seekers of Darkness fight though.

Disney worlds were pretty cool though. I really liked how some of the events in them really felt like a theme park attraction. Like those video rides they have where the thing moves in place and there's a screen in front of you simulating the action. Then when she finally is allowed to get training and be useful, something she's been wanting for years and reminds us of it in 3, she just gets kidnapped and killed again.
