The 360 version is backwards compatible.
It hasn't yet been made available for the Master Chief Collection.

It's the backwards compatible version so you'll only get 30fps and motion blur like the original. Otherwise, it's perfectly playable. I don't know how it runs on the Xbox one though as I played it on the Xbox one X 4 months ago.
