Are fusion balls worth it on Interceptors and UFOs?
Since they require micromanagement due to manufacturing I'd say it's not worth having them on all your interceptors
Maybe just on the avenger in case of emergency

Plasma is more than enough to put on your interceptors. I guess you can put fusion balls on something if you want to attack from really far away, but it's not even worth it in the long run.
